The location was perfect and the pool and Jacuzzi were perfect temperature. The bed was PERFECT! The area was clean and quiet The room was a little dirty but nothing a wipe couldn’t fix

The pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was also a nice touch with fresh items and hot coffee. Other than the ants, we had a good time.

Good location, staff friendly and efficient and breakfast was good. Not enough towels in the room, asked to more they didn’t have any and didn’t bring any to the room as promised.

Property is location is good to Pismo beach. Property is small enough but has lots of rooms. Staff was not helpful at all. Front desk guy had his legs up on the desk relaxing or chilling in the break room as you enter the main lobby. So un professional. Asked for a receipt and he said oh you book off of third party so contact them. Never have heard that before in 40 years of traveling. Wow. He just dose not want to work. Leave your job, there are lots of qualified candidates who what a job.

Carpet is disgusting. The AC is incredibly noisy to the point you can’t use it. The pool is dirty.

We had a great stay! Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom/shower was clean as well. The breakfast was a fabulous addition for us before we head out on the last part of our trip. Pancakes/eggs/sausage/potatoes as well as pastries and cereal too.

Staff was extremely pleasant, free parking, breakfast variety was great Facility carpets look very dirty, including room carpet. Our pillow cases and sheets were stained, couch in our room had what appeared pet hairs.
