Good place to stay, the room clean

My second stay with my family in a short time. Turns out they gave us the same room, nice attention even if it wasn’t planned. All is good, nothing bad to say. As advertised, the price is more then excellent.

Rooms are clean, well-kept, and updated. Hardwood floor > carpet. I would stay here again

Room was horrible. Comforters had dirt stains on them, someone else hair on the towels, bathroom vent was disgustingly dirty, toilet paper roll had 3 piece of paper on it and paint chipped all over the wall. Phone didn’t even work to call to the front desk to get items fixed.smoke detectors have no batteries in them.I will never stay here again! Complete waste of my money

There were wet marks like cup rings on the counter. Floor was not carpeted- vinyl flooring. Bed was comfortable. TV did not have apps only dish channels. Noisy neighbors.

Overall great stay

It was dog friendly which was a plus for me.

We really enjoyed the careful attention to the remodeling that was done at this hotel. The bathroom was especially nice. We enjoyed the patio seating behind the bar.

This is my 2nd time staying here and it has been consistently good. We slept well and bedding/pillows were really comfortable. Never have an issue finding parking. There were a group of guys hanging out partying right outside their rooms below us after quiet hours. The courteous office staff quickly took care of the noise issue and we got a goodnites rest. This property is my favorite spot to stay at when visiting Pismo and rates are reasonable.

Parking was good. Would have been a better stay if coffee was available in the room or at least 24 hours in the lobby. Restaurant options were good in the area. Although it said walking distance that might be difficult for most.

The Days In. Was everything advertised. It was affordable, quiet and clean. Compared to the pricey alternatives in the immediate area, it is a real bargain. My only recommendation, replace the cushions or couches and chairs at the firepit area, very uncomfortable!

La rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Les commodités sont bonnes et les chambres semblent refaites à neuf. La piscine était propre ainsi que le spa. Rien à dire.

I have stayed at the Days Inn at Arroyo Grande at least a half-dozen times and manager Viki and staff always provide top tier grounds, service, helpfulness and a quiet, comfortable, fantastic stay. This Days Inn is truly a hidden garden on the Central Coast, overlook the entire Pismo, AG, Grover Beach Valleys. Just a bonus to rooms that have recently been rennovated. Quiet, comfortable, all the essentials you need. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of parking. Shutters all work beautifully, Big TVs all work. Soaps in dispensers always filled. Have nothing but positive comments, memories, feelings about this prideful, quality place to get away.

Easy access from the freeway, you get what you would expect from a Days Inn property. There were a couple of items that I informed the front desk about that needed attention when I checked out. We were only there overnight, so I did not ask for those items to be addressed while I was there.

Loved that the place was pet friendly with a low pet fee, but the rooms themselves were old and smelled dirty. Found a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and the ac kept glitching. Had to keep turning it off throughout the night and turning it back on to get it to work. Wasn’t worth my time to complain as were out all day but I definitely won’t be staying here again.

The motel is sufficient for what it is. The room needed a good maintenance person to replace a cracked floor boat and repaint some areas on the wall. The room was relatively clean but they missed the vent in the bathroom which was gross. The sheets were clean but there were a few towels that were stained. I felt safe which is always critical when you go to a motel. It would have been nice to have complementary grab and go “breakfast” items. I needed an iron and had to walk to the check in area and back through the parking lot with the iron and board, I don’t see why staff couldn’t bring it. Or why one couldn’t be in the room automatically. I’ve stayed in nicer, cheaper, safer hotels but not in this expensive area of California, I’d do it again if I had to but I’m more likely going to splurge on a nicer hotel next time.

Could never stay there
-
I like that the parking was available. I did not like how around the pool are It was dirty, gate rusted and in the room, they didn’t even did have an iron. Not many amenities that we we have had in others hotels.

Cozy and quiet
