Hampton Inn & Suites Arroyo Grande/Pismo Beach Area, CA

The road noise was loud from inside the room. We could just hear the traffic cause it’s next to a freeway and a lot of movement next-door. Also breakfast was OK and didn’t have bacon basically just sausage, pancake oatmeal waffle scrambled eggs.

The rooms were good for the price

The location is great & close to shops & the freeway, The breakfast is okay…the kids love the waffles! I took a shower at 7:30 am & there was no hot water

Our first room had several issues—the air conditioning wasn’t working and the body wash bottle was empty and left on the floor. My husband called the front desk, and the staff were very helpful and quickly moved us to another room, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, when we got to the second room, we found the conditioner bottle on the floor as well, making it seem like housekeeping could pay more attention to detail. When my husband booked the room, he also requested a room closer to the entrance because I’m pregnant. Unfortunately, that request wasn’t accommodated, and we still had a long walk to our room, which was difficult. The staff provided great customer service, but the cleanliness, room maintenance, and attention to guest requests definitely need improvement.

Great location Very Disappointed, tv didn’t work, took them 2 times to correct. AC unit did not work! Had NO hot water in shower!

It was a great stay, with comfortable accommodations for a family of 5.

Location to the beach. Staff was friendly Room was dirty, the bed had the bed frame sticking out (hit my ankle on it). The tub would not drain properly, had to wait 5 minutes to take my other kid a bath. The outside pool and jacuzzi were dirty, tables and chairs lots of spider webs and dirty. The upstairs guest were very loud ( not the hotel’s fault)

We had 3 rooms booked total. The ac in all 3 rooms stopped working and there were ants in one of the rooms. They staff offered a maintenance check for the ac and stayed once we checked out they would take care of the ants. I will never nor will my family or friends stay in this hotel again

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Hot tub n pool, great. Beds n rooms were very comfortable. Staff friendly n accommodating. There was no vent in restroom Carpets in room; they have water stains either from cooler or maybe they get wet from people returning from pool. They are musty(at least in room we stayed. Not sure if we'll stay there again. Really Really need to get rid of carpets.
