Staff was nice at check in, he even said he would change our check out to 12 pm without us asking. However, on checkout morning we received a text stating to be out by 11. The room at 1st sight smelled good looked clean. My husband then decided to take off his shoes and walk around barefoot on the floor. They turned black with only a short walk from the bed to the restroom. The floor was filthy, then I started looking around, the restroom walls where dirty, the head board on the bead had splatters on it. The bedding is old and worn out. If the room was clean, it would have been a great stay.

Good hotel right off the highway with a good price

The room was clean and comfortable, the pet fee was very affordable, we had a small fridge and microwave. The air conditioning was amazing, and the bed was comfortable.

Lot of shops nearby. Starbucks Walmart Marshalls to name a few. Cons Freeway noise. People walking on top floor disturbs if you are on ground floor.

Rooms are clean and quite new. It has a balcony overlookig the Interstate Highway. Balcony itself a bit dusty. Pool was also ok - quite clean. Area overal safe.

The hotel was a decent value for the price. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Having a balcony was fun. I would suggest to management to have a hook or two next to the shower as towels were difficult to access. I would also suggest sweeping the inner stairwell and periodically washing down the upper walkway.

I has been good before but this room was bad. It’s close to everything and not crazy expensive Roaches in room I killed 5 of them. The bathroom had black mold on windows seams and around baseboards on shower. The next person over had cops showing up banging on the doors yelling at her in the hallway waking me up. The back sliding door doesn’t lock so the room was never secured I had to remove valuables when I left each day. I watched a lady pulling on my doors and peeking in my windows when I pulled up one day.

Clean and near the freeway. Ok for a stopover.

Maybe have a water filling station in front desk

The staff was nice but that will never make up for the experience in the rooms. At first glance the rooms appeared clean and functional however the exhaust fan was coated in dirt/dust, the mini fridges smelled of rotten old food, the floor was filthy when I wiped something up, trash on the chair, the balcony screen was stuck, our second room had cockroaches, the balcony screen door was also jammed, the second rooms exhaust fan was also coated in dust and dirt, and trash in the hallways in front of both rooms. The following morning I ran into a friend and his family who had booked the same hotel through another site and he also had cockroaches in his room. The saying “you get what you pay for” is so true with this hotel. Absolutely baffled as to how they have a good rating on Expedia.

Upon arrival we found a cup on the patio with a few cigarettes in it, a used washcloth in the bathroom and a stained towel with the clean towels. If your room faces the 101 that’s all you’re going to hear is the passing traffic.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located near the 101 freeway.
