The hotel was very cute, well maintained with lots of nice touches to make it feel homey. Plenty of parking & the rooms were big. The beds were my only complaint. They were comfortable, but very small - we had rooms with 2 doubles. There is enough space in the rooms for 2 queens, which is more standard and appreciated when you are sharing a bed. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options, including fresh strawberries! That was a pleasant and welcome surprise.

Last time we’re were at the Agrarian it was crazy with barking dogs. This trip none were heard or left alone. Everything was as described.

Great location. The bed was amazingly comfortable. A guest was feeding her dogs scrambled eggs in the lobby. During the morning breakfast.

The hotel room is larger than usual with a lovely balcony. The breakfast room is warm and friendly with a nice fire to add to the ambiance. Everything is in good repair and very clean with easy complimentary parking. Happy Hour and breakfast was great! An option for Netflix (subscriber access) would be appreciated along with a little fruit (beyond bananas) would be appreciated. Strawberries are a plentiful crop in the area and it would be nice to sample the local produce when in season (which it was).

Loved this hotel. The staff were so nice. Was able to bring my dog and there was a great walkway with bags to pick up dog excrement. Breakfast was great and the pool and jacuzzi were easy access, clean and very enjoyable. Conveniently located in charming downtown old Arroyo Grande. Walk to everything from the hotel.
