Great location, helpful and friendly staff.

Great stay, cool hotel layout. Breakfast and dinner were excellent too.

My wife and I just stayed three nights. It was an amazing place to stay. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Kyle was the manager on duty and he was such a nice person to talk with and he actually walked us down the road the road to make sure we knew were we were going. Free breakfast and free dinner every single night.

Great staff
-
Not so happy was the price adjustment for self paring. Expedia site says $29 but we had to pay $40(USD).
-
The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were amazing and extra accommodating! They also made sure that the food was always replenished and exceptional cleanliness! A shout out to the bartender Etta!! She does it all while smiling and personable!! We can’t wait to stay here again!! Thank you!!
-
Valet was crowded and slow. Breakfast was excellent. Price was high.
-
The only downside was that you had to park offsite or pay $40 to have them park your vehicle offsite.

What a wonderful hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights with family to go to a Pirates game at PNC Park. Had an easy 15 minute walk to the game. Hotel had a wonderful free breakfast, free dinner (called kick-back) which was surprisingly delicious and filling, a bar and restaurant on-site with great staff, a rooftop patio with lots of seating, and very spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. We will most certainly be staying here again for any future visits to Pittsburgh.

Excellent stay. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed popcorn and soda in the lobby, and many guests seemed to be enjoying the evening snacks and drinks. The building has an interesting history and you can see the old bank vault in the basement. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff . The hot breakfast and evening food was plentiful and delicious
-
The hotel was fine and well located. The bed was not comfortable (sagged), and the room was dark. Overall, nothing special about this hotel, and we will choose another one on our next visit to Pittsburgh.
-
We have stayed here twice and both times have been amazing. We've stayed in 2 different room types as well. Our favorite parts are the breakfast/dinner, late night bar, rooftop sitting area, and the location is so central to everything Pittsburgh.
-
Great free breakfast and dinner buffet. Great rooftop patio.
-
This place was amazing, great stuff very friendly not sure if it’s a Midwest area thing but even the people cleaning the table seem to love their job. Overall we had a great time.
