Clean facilities, friendly staff, No hot food on Sundays like other locations though.

Property is outdated that needs fixing of carpets, beds, bathrooms etc.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Older building needs some work but overall had a good stay for a short weekend trip.

All was well

The staff was fine. The overnight guy was really nice. The rooms were kind of wet feeling. The hallways leading to the rooms smelled like musty people. Like someone who doesn’t wear deodorant.

Payment schedule/ and cancellation options. Checking in was easy, you needed ID of course. Room was clean. Breakfast was something easy and satisfying. I would stay again. No complaints!

Exceptional

Excellent customer service! Very helpful. Lobby and bathroom need help- especially the bathroom. Our room was clean. Comfy beds. Had a microwave and mini-fridge. Enough space as to not feel crammed together. Would stay here again.

I usually stay here every year but this year this room was not in the best shape. There was a smoke alarm hanging by wires and the bathroom was not very clean at all. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and attentive but the rest of the staff was not. I am chalking this up as just a bad weekend for them and hoping it will be better next year

Staff courtesy. The toilet seat was loose. Just needed tightening and they were informed.

Location Little run down

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The lobby smelled of marijuana. That made me worried that my room would stink but it was fine after all.

The location Kept requesting for new blankets & towels for 2 days never received, super small rooms water damage stains broken furniture plugs didn't work for how much I paid nope!

Staff and location were great! The whole place was kind of run down and dirty in places. It needs a face-lift. Because it's on the cheaper side in the area, some of the other guests were questionable, and the smell of weed was often in the air. The breakfast area was very small and didn't have much to offer in quality or quantity.
