The check-in went great for me but my family had to wait for over an hour after chain for a room and one of the staff members was very rude. We notice a bad leak coming from the ceiling that we had to put a bucket under. When we went to put our kids to bed we noticed blood on the bedding. House keeping was quick to get us new bedding and they were very apologetic and told us to talk with the front desk upon checkout for 5,000 points. When checking out I spoke with the same lady who was rude to my family of the night before about the points and she rolled her eyes at me and told me that I have to be patient and that they’re not just going to appear on my account. With the exception of the lady who was complaining about knee problems behind the front desk, the staff was amazing. We go to Pittsburgh one to two times a year and this will probably be the last time we stay at this hotel.

Great hotel value to take in a game in Pittsburgh, Highly recommended
-
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Parking lot was alittle rough with all the construction next store but not the hotels fault. All around comfortable stay.

The Positives Location: Unbeatable walking distance to Acrisure Stadium for game days. Staff: Front desk was consistently friendly and quick to help. The attached Soho restaurant was also solid. Arrival & Property Condition Heavy adjacent construction covered the entrance in scaffolding with zero signage for parking. The driveway was a single-lane, clogged, half-unpaved path. Room & Maintenance Issues First Room: Unusable upon arrival. The shower handle was broken and gushing water while shut off, the tub was stained, one comforter had a visible blood stain, and the room smelled heavily of mildew. Second Room: We were moved quickly, but this room had the same pervasive mildew odor, broken headboard lights, and sheets/mattress covers that constantly popped off the corners. Dead Phones: Landlines in both rooms and the hallway did not work, requiring trips down to the front desk for every issue. Breakfast Experience Quality was mediocre with a worn-out waffle station. On day one, staff rushed guests and packed up food 30 minutes before closing time (day two staff was much better). Verdict If your only concern is walking to the stadium, it works as a basic crash pad. Otherwise, the poor maintenance, cleanliness oversights, and strong mildew smell fall far short of the Marriott brand standard.

Location, breakfast and water pressure room was dark and a bit dirty/dated
-
Dj was super friendly at checking. Awrsome customer skills with a comedic twist. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. Paying to park after paying so much for a room

About half way during our stay it rained, we were on the top floor and woke up to the roof leaking at 4:30 am on our bed! We called the front desk who at first brought a towel and trash can. There was a water stain there prior to the rain, that wasn’t addressed. The houseman who was great realized that when I said the drops hitting me woke me up, and saw it for his own eyes we had to get placed to another room in the middle of the night. What surprised me the most was no manager made contact with us, it just got swept under the rug. The hotel was great for going to the pirates game, but after that it was nothing special.
