Fair location, easy access from the main road, spacious parking. Overpriced for the quality of the room (small, packed, definitely smaller than pictures suggest). Dark, grey long (non-decorated) corridors with strange lightning (kids will be afraid to walk alone). Totally untrained staff in the restaurant doing all the service mistakes you can think of (bringing food without cutlery - you watch it warm while they run around and look for spoons etc.; they come to your table, take your plates without a single word of ask; etc. etc.). Swimming pool unusable even for a short swim as you hit stairs, benches and whatever nonsense they decided to build inside. They also have a safety issue as there are dangerous wall corners you can bump into with your head if you wake up during the night (see pictures attached).

Great SPA and pool that is open from 9 AM till 10 PM. Great territory: kids playground, nice views on the mountain. Delicious breakfast! Highly recommend! Nothing. Everything is great!
