Just ok. Would probably not stay there again.

The pool concrete was falling apart and in the bottom of the pool. The shower in our room was half broken, and the little thing you pull up to turn the shower on was stuck so only half the water came out of the actual shower — the rest sprayed everywhere out of the tub faucet. The room was so tiny that there was barely enough room to walk. Half of the breakfast things were broken and not working (juice machine, waffle machine, etc). The only good thing was the gentleman working the front desk. He acted as front desk staff, breakfast worker, and often times room cleaner. He was alllllllll over running around and doing his best, and was SO kind.

In general, everything was excellent. But one thing that drawn my attention negatively was the hotel room did not have a port usb charger, If my wife did not have her own phone adapter, I wouldn’t be able to charge my phone.

Exceptional price for quality of hotel

The property was cleaned. The only issue is the ice machine need to be closer to the entrance instead of the back of the building

Great for the price. Staff was super helpful.. I don’t know the name of the lady who seemed to always be there but she was extremely nice and goes above and beyond to help

Most comfortable bed ever

Breakfast, ruined out a hour early, and they didn't care.

First when we got there...I requested in my reservation, also I called a week in advance to ask for adjoining rooms, they said yes they would note reservation. When we arrived, the young lady was rude basically said oh well so me & my family got put across the hall from each other. The kids liked the pool but couldn't enjoy it because water was tooo cold. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles. Times for breakfast is 630-9 when they run out they don't refill stuff.

I took a quick break from my busy life to recharge my batteries. The Quality Inn at Plainfield was just what the doctor ordered. The room was quiet and comfortable with a great shower. The indoor pool offered a much needed respite for me and for my adult daughter. The free breakfast was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I never stayed there. They never got a room ready for me.

Staff needs to be more professional, told the housekeeping that the toilet need to be unclog and it was not taking care of and I was charged more than my email says that I have to pay!!!

Im bald and got charged for a hair dye stain. $150 !!!!!!!!

Okay for price

The staff was great especially Kendrick. He was a lifesaver whenever needed. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend it for everyone and their families.

Property is ok. Mid to lower range condition. Acceptable for overnight stay but not enticing as destination stay. Left items in room and male staff was rude concerning hotel policy. Refused to give manager name. Manager was better at explaining policy regarding items left.

When we arrived, after we made them aware it would be 10:00, we waited for about 30 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. We rang the bell multiple times, and no one came. Finally, after they did show up, he was friendly, and somewhat helpful. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was like it was made in the 1920s. The internet somewhat worked, but not on the tv. We arrived late, wanted to sleep, and people were yelling and screaming in the hallway, slamming doors. I had to call the front desk and request them to quiet them down so I could go to sleep. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend staying here if you can avoid it.
