Breakfast was probably the most disappointing. I don’t have high expectations for breakfast but there was no juice available and no yogurt which is pretty standard with a continental breakfast. At one point there were employees standing right in front of the entrance smoking, and then we came back to several staff members just eating lunch in the breakfast area and it felt like we were interrupting something. The lobby also smelled of old eggs, not rotten just old.

Room was clean and all basics provided. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not great. Only had sugar free syrup, orange juice was not working, nothing really healthy like fresh fruit, yogurt, or hard boiled eggs. Probably wouldn’t cost too much for them to upgrade that experience. We paid $184 + $75 per fee for our cat. We Stayed and a Hilton pet friendly in Ohio, for $149 +$75 pet fee and it felt clean, bright, friendly and the breakfast was better. Would love to support Sonesta hotels, but just those few suggestions.

It's not the fanciest place, could use a reno but it's clean, no bugs, GREAT staff, friendly and helpful and work their butts off, put clients first. Haven't eaten here but breakfast smells great, safe parking lot, safe neighborhood, close to everything.

The room was very clean. The pool was nice. There was 2 waffle makers, sausage and cheese omelets. In not a fan of the cheese omelets. I'm gluten free so breakfast options were limited.

The front desk staff members have ALL been absolutely great, super friendly and helpful. Jodi especially deserves a shout out for assisting me with my booking mistake when she didn't have to whatsoever. Jodi went above & beyond to make sure my stay wasn't interrupted as I forgot to extend my stay & had to book a larger room for the remainder of the weekend. Instead of making me check out @ 11a & back in @ 3p she took care of me & for that, I THANK YOU Jodi! I'm sure any of the 3 other amazing team members would have done the same as they've all been great.
