The staff was really nice. The room was clean as expected. I would say they need better hangers; all of the pant clips kept falling off (LMBO). That is literally the only do-better feedback I have.

It is close by some fast food restaurants and a Waffle House. And only 10 minutes from the airport.

Overall excellent except the hot tub, which I would call a lukewarm tub. The temperature was 89 to 90 degrees. When I asked staff about this, they said it was per whoever manages the pool/hot tub area and for health regulations. However, I spent time at a local YMCA, and used the hot tub, which was a nice 103 degrees. I loved everything else about this hotel. Beds and pillows were excellent. Staff members were excellent. Nice breakfast options. But, PLEASE restore the lukewarm tub into a hot tub!

Fantastic stay. The bed was SO comfortable and the rooms were great. Breakfast was also really good compared to most others.

Night staff was amazing , the beds were comfortable and the place was clean and had games pool noodles grill area ect.

Location I was billed twice for the same reservation and still haven’t received a refund.

The double bed with pullout couch and kitchen was perfect for our family of 6 with young kids. The outdoor pool & hot tub were clean and good size.

Staff apologized, lied and said was giving us a room, upon arrival to room and key insertion, a turn of the handle indicated CHAIN ON DOOR AND ROOM WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED!!! As previously indicated, UNLESS staff member assigned us to a different OCCUPIED ROOM. These are serious grievances- a financial security threat, allowing an unvetted, unknown stranger to occupy a room UNDER OUR CREDIT CARD AND NAME to which untold DAMAGES and CHARGES could potentially occur. MAKING A ROOM KEY FOR AN OCCUPIED ROOM AND ASSIGNING SOMEONE AN ALREADY OCCUPIED ROOM IS A ——HUGE——— SECURITY BREACH AND THREAT and could have had disatrous results, if the chain had NOT been on, and he entered the room, as a seemingly obvious threat, and been injured or killed by the occupant. One never knows how another may react to such a frightening intrusion, for example, myself, as a woman, who often travels alone. My husband was SET UP, by the front desk staff, in their ineptitude, lack of attention to details, blatant disrespect for the welfare and concern of guests, and allowing aforementioned potential hacking and fraudulent financial charges. The room itself was satisfactory. Nothing else about this stay or experience, was, however. It took FOUR DAYS to have fraudulent CC charged removed. We are WARNING others NOT TO BOOK HERE!!!

Clean and large room that accommodated our one night need. Pool was great to wind down the kids. Beeakfast was good and had plenty of options.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, pool area was really nice. If ever in area again I would stay again.

It’s a beautiful place. Very warm atmosphere and family friendly. It was pretty clean, the room was lovely, breakfast was awesome and the staff was wonderful! The kids loved the pool and patio area. The amenities were perfect for families. I love the pool outside, my only issue was bugs in the pool. Not that we can help Mother Nature, but they were particularly heavy for a while. Much better on Monday when it was cleaned!! I did plug back in the lamp in the bedroom and one of the charger ports was broken, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Quiet stay

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast, happy hour and overall hotel was excellent. The maintenances staff, Sam was outstanding and so friendly. Front desk receptionist was rude and not friendly. On the second day, our card keys weren’t working 4 times and she had an attitude toward us when we told her they were still not working.
