Clean property Room windows are not sound proof and the noise of the freeway was very loud. Our room was not made up by the hose keeping for our second night and when we complained the receptionist checked on her computer and found marked setup.

Room was stuffy and smelled stale. Air conditioning would only let the room get to around 75 degrees but hallway was ice cold. Not a great stay.

The staff were so nice and helpful! Everything was clean and updated. The outdoor pool was great with plenty of seating. Breakfast was lovely. Late check out it at 2pm!!! One of the best hotels I've stayed at this season!

we were stuck with no room after booking .com said they had availability when we got to the other holiday inn the young lady said they were booked .. I had asked to call to other holiday inn near by and there was Ms. Laura ... she said yes we have 1left it was 2am in the morning we were the chauffer's for the INDY 500 we were so happy when we arrived Ms. Laura went beyond measure to make sure we were taken care of ..Laura is amazing accest to holiday inn professional l and loving and caring person ..from the cafeteria lady to your hotel driver to the front desk manager all great amazing staff looking forward to next year stay .
