Dream on Plaka

The rooms were very nice, clean, and interesting. The breakfast was good, but there was an additional charge for different kinds of coffee. The time for breakfast was very inconvenient - starting at 9am made it challenging for us to actually be there to eat it, and we had to change our plans for the day for get the breakfast that was included. For the price of the hotel, we felt we had to eat the breakfast due to the high cost. We were offered to have breakfast delivered to our room earlier in the day, but if I had not asked if it was an additional cost, we would have been charged for this delivery. So we chose not to do it. The staff did offer to allow us to eat breakfast earlier, but when we went to the eating area, everyone was very confused why we were there at that time. There is beach access, but you have to spend 30 euros per person in your group in order to use the chairs and umbrella. So, again, with an additional cost, you can “use their facilities.” The location is on a beach, which we knew when booking, but without a car, it is rather inconvenient to go anyway else. There is a bus system, but it comes every half hour, making us have to change our plans to fit the timing.

This place is really special! From the moment we arrived Sofia made us feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel is beautifully designed. Big rooms, great views. Located on Plaka beach which was very easy to get to by bus. The beach is right in front of the hotel with lovely chairs, umbrellas and great food service. The water is so clear and clean. In addition to Sophia, Rulla and George the restaurant staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we were having the best time. Lots of hugs with all at our departure. I give the place and the people 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend! It was so great! Nothing we didn’t like.

The landscape, Our room was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing as well! Beds were comfortable. No pool, The beach lounger’s required €20 and a minimum spend of €20 each day, which is not noted on booking. All of the seating areas are attached to the restaurant and therefore no outside drinks could be enjoyed anywhere but your own room. Which is a huge let down because the gardens and seating were so nice. Our Jacuzzi was luke warm at best and only 3 jets worked properly. Huge disappointment for the $ spent on this particular room.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Nice location. Check in process could’ve been better. There was no one at reception. We waited for a bit and ended up having to find their phone number on the hotel website to reach them. Not the best communication.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They told us about the island and arranged for a rental car to be brought to us. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was nice to have breakfast provided each day and have the option to order food since many close places were not open for the season yet. Would stay again Being April, they were still getting ready for the season. There was a nice arrangement of tables and chairs to enjoy the outside but nothing to enjoy the beach. I'm sure it's wonderful when open all the way

Property was beautiful, great location, right next to Mikes Bikes where we rented an ATV for the trip, as well as next to a minimart and lots of restaurants. Of course the main attraction was being right in front of the beach! I only wish as a guest of the hotel you didn't have to pay to use a beach lounger. But they provide towels free of charge so I just laid on the beach with a couple towels instead!

Everything about this property was perfect. The staff were all so wonderful and the property was beautiful and peaceful. The beach and sun beds ARE included for guests as long as you purchase food or drinks. I would definitely stay here again. I had a car and it was relatively easy to get to old town and park there. There is plenty of parking on the property and nearby markets. A lovely stay. That I had to leave.

We loved our time at Dream on Plaka, the room was large and comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely relaxing time.

Great location. It was close to everything, beach, bus stop, restaurants but it also felt private and quiet. Great for families. Staff was exceptional, they arranged taxi for us upon request and were attentive to our needs.

We as a family thought the initial meet and greet was such a warm personable touch. The offerings of a local drink and the cherries were a delightful surprise. Our rooms exceeded our expectations! The hot tub and private area for our family suite was everything we could have dreamed of for our first visit to Naxos. The room given to our daughter and son-in-law was so romantic and the martini's, chocolate mousse treat for their wedding anniversary was by far unexpected and very thoughtful and appreciated. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer! If we ever make it back to Naxos, we will stay again at Dream on Plaka. The name is very fitting! Everything was absolutely perfect! Nothing to dislike!

Exceptional

Firstly I have to say thank you to Sophia our host. She was the best and she made us feel so comfortable and at home. She gave a lot of advice and suggestions of places to visit. The location was great!!! We stayed towards the end of April so the busy tourist season hasn’t started yet, but it was perfect as it was very relaxing and peaceful. The beach was beautiful and clean and the most beautiful clear blue water. Best stay by far, and would highly recommend it. Nothing, everything was great. We didn’t want to leave ?

It was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect. It has everything you would need, the breakfast and the service is great. The host, Sophia is also very kind and helpful. The hot tub was very nice and had an amazing view on the beach. Due to the wind (location of the rooms) the temperature was very pleasant.

Sofia was super efficient and friendly, communication was great. The room and location are exceptional. Breakfast was a real plus and the fact we could have it brought to the room and have on our terrace was a bonus. Nothing

It was the perfect place to stay on Naxos. They are so nice and friendly and always answered any questions we had. Super clean, breakfast was wonderful every day also. I would 100 percent recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! Would definitely recommend. Also really appreciated the early breakfast as we had an early departure. There is also a bus stop 50m up the road to take you into the main town which was great. Despite being guests, you still have to pay for the sun loungers (at a reduced fee). There are also other facilities available but you have to pay extra for them all too.
