Sea & Olives Holiday Villas and Suites

Great property walking distance to beach or quick drive to Plaka. Breakfast was nice housekeeping everyday was a bonus. Top floor bedrooms were excellent bottom floor was decent.

We stayed 9 nights and we loved everything about the property: location (12 minutes walking distance to Plaka Beach), the cleanliness (our room was picked up, cleaned and restocked every say) and most important of all, an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Could not have had a better experience. Nothing.

Beautiful property, luxurious and cozy. Awesome breakfast, beautiful pools. Very clean and comfortable. Family friendly staff and place with small playground for kids. Location was fantastic a short drive from beautiful Plaka beach and all the best beaches. Stelios was so accommodating and a great friendly guy with lots of great recommendations. Great place for home base to explore the island. Highly recommend!

Huge room. Hot tub. The best breakfast! Nothing

Delicious breakfast every morning. A nice walk to the beach. We had such a happy and fun time in Naxos and really loved our stay at Sea and Olives.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Not only was our room absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and so comfortable—but the location was also perfect for exploring Naxos. Everything about our stay was smooth and relaxing. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible service. After we had already left for Mykonos, I realized I had accidentally left my husband's suit in our room. I contacted the hotel in a panic, and they immediately took action. To our amazement, they shipped the suit to us in Mykonos the same day! That kind of dedication and care is beyond rare and shows how much they truly value their guests. Thank you to the entire team—you turned a small crisis into another reason to smile. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend your hotel to everyone we know!

Fabulous villa with huge private pool! No real view bc tree is blocking and another villa

The location was wonderful, close the beach and beautiful views. The breakfast is top-notch, with local favorites as well as international options. The apartment / room was beautiful, spacious, and the perfect setup for our family. The owner was very friendly and helpful as he gave us recommendations for the whole island. We felt welcome, relaxed, and would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was lovely! Very spacious, very clean. We loved the hot tub as well. The hotel had a great shared pool and because it’s only shared with a couple of other apartments there was always space. A lovely quiet location as well, about a 15 min walk from Plaka beach (although further out from the town). But there was a bus that took us to the town in 20 mins which was great!

The apartment is very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and cozy. Bed is comfortable, Kitchen well equipped and Stellius and the staff are so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and a bit different every day. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Everything was perfect.

Perfect place for us, nice clean quiet and a short ride by scooter to most things you need. Stelios and his team were amazing, so lovely welcoming and helpful. Nothing, perfect!

Very good location and service. 3 minutes ride to the beautiful beach. The appartment and pool were cleaned every day. The appartment was fully equiped (washing machine, tv, ac, iron, microwave...). Really there is no one thing we could wish for. Breakfast was very delicious - combination of local and international. The owner was very nice. He offerd us help with everything. He told us where are the best restaurants, beaches and places to visit. I would recomend this stay to everyone. /

Loved the space and the pool area, it was fantastic! We also made some cute furry friends, the 4 kittens which made our stay even better, I hope they continue to care for them Nothing, everything was great

The property is beautiful decorated and in a great location, close to the beach, close to the port and close to the airport. Our room was incredible, so beautiful and so comfortable, with plenty of towels, slippers and a gown. There was a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony which I loved. The hot tub we had in our room was amazing. Breakfast each morning was great and had a really good selection, couldn’t have asked for more. To top things off our host Stelios was an incredibly kind man who was super attentive to all our needs and was very helpful as well. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received while staying abroad. The surrounding areas to the property is surrounded by farm land so just be aware sometime it does smell like cow dung.

Exceptional

The villa really exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, private, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more and we felt so lucky to come back to it everyday. Also the breakfast was a wonderful surprise, cooked beautifully and we were greeted with a happy Kalimera! every morning. Location is also fabulous located conveniently next to the beautiful and lovely Plaka beach. Thank you so much for having us, so pleased we found Sea & Olives! Nothing!

Exceptional

The staff were exceptional. Stelios and the team were so friendly and warm and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Migelis and Despoina always made us feel very welcomed. The property & facilities themselves were pristine and modern. The villas were cleaned everyday which made the stay that much better. It always looked immaculate and clean. Nothing.

This property is just amazing, our room was huge with a hot tub and a lot of luxuries to enjoy our stay. The staff was lovely and super helpful, they have been very warm and made our stay super enjoyable. Breakfast was great and plenty of gluten free options. Also the location is perfect to reach the beach as well as the main town. Nothing

Stunning apartment, well designed and new, large outdoor area with shallow and deep pools which were perfect combination, also cleaned daily. Outdoor shower which was great when coming back from the beach. Sea view and lovely sunsets. Well equipped kitchen and regular cleaning so had benefits of apartment but also felt like a hotel with bath robes, fresh towels. 15 minute walk to the beach, not too crowded, great selection of restaurants by the beach, relaxing and not built up. Could not fault the property.
