We left immediately bc the lobby smelled of drugs and felt unsafe!!!!!!

Very dirty. There was urine in the toilet when I checked in. The rooms were very dirty. I saw black mold on pictures hanging on the walls. There were sketchy men hanging around. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel. I didn't stay overnight.

The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Manish at the front desk. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the hospitality from everyone here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly hotel with amazing staff at a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area!

Everything was excellent

Clean room. A/C was nice. No a/c in lobby or hallways.

If you are the type of person that worries about everything, don’t stay here. I don’t think you will be happy and only leave a bad review. Glad I stayed, excellent price and my three night stay was pleasant, safe and restful. Thanks to the staff.

Very bad smell,smoking outside

When we came to our room, the room it was a lot of cockroaches. We stayed because I arrived very late that night; if it had been earlier, I would have requested reimbursement, and we would not have spent the third night. I decided to move to another hotel. Bad experience overall

The staff, the house keeping, nasty sheets trash still in room

This property appearance was very disappointing. It was like a section 8 community

The blueberry muffin was the only thing that was good and the coffee was good. The location sucks. Everything

The room had roaches and the cleanliness was a 1. Sheets, floors, night stand, bathroom all had not been cleaned! The side of the bed smelled like urine! It was horrible.

We arrived and cancelled our room after we saw the condition. There were roaches and unsavory people hanging around the lobby and property.

Good service

The rooms were clean, but there was a strong smell of Marijuana throughout the inside and outside. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast area was rude and snapped at guests. The pool was not open. The website stated there was a pool but it was closed. The Ice machine most of the time has no Ice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and cheerful.

Breakfest & checkin! Halfway smells, room condition very poor, TV did not work, moved to another room, no hot water! Picture show dirty shower, wood block holding up sink worn chair, etc.
