Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Plano Parkway at Preston Road

The property is very clean inside and out. The hallways were quiet and other than a little road noise my room was quiet.my room was smaller than the pictures made it out but that’s not an issue. The air conditioning is the best that I’ve had anywhere, it was so cold I had to up the thermostat!! If I had any gripe it would be that there’s no coffee or anything provided other than the in room coffee. There is a Starbucks in the lobby though.

I stayed in a king size room that was nothing short of disgusting, there was pet hair and very visible stains all over the love seat and chairs which I'm allergic to, and it got all over my clothes. There was hair on the shower doors and what looked like remnants of the last guests shower products on the wall inside the shower.. walking around in socks was not an option because the floor was dirty and both the bathroom and the carpet smelled musty and unclean.. the ice machine was leaking and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.. the front desk offered me food from their bistro as a resolution to the issues of which I declined. At my checkout I spoke with staff who promised to refund half off one nights stay and was supposed to check to see if I could be refunded for a full night's stay, claimed they would email me to advise, never got an email or heard from anyone and they charged me full price for my stay. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I will never stay there again. If you appreciate cleanliness and respect for the money you spend I would suggest you never stay there either. I am extremely disappointed with the insincerity of the staff. I literally had to go buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room since I didn't have time to change it being on a tight schedule..

Safe area

My room was not cleaned properly as there was dried up throw up in the floor. The air conditioning worked when it wanted to. The place just looked dingy. Good thing is the bistro onsite but it was closed on Friday and Saturday for whatever reason.
