No issues other than an elevator that was not initially working.

Great clean hotel which is the most important to me. They had a nice breakfast as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem was a terrible smell in the stairwell and near the elevator on the second floor. But we couldn’t smell it in our room.

Air conditioner was very loud and not working properly. It sounded it was about to give up.

I apologize it has taken this long. My stay at the hotel was better than I expected! The breakfast was really good. I would recommend La Quinta Inn to family and friends. I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you so much for excellent customer service!

I have stayed here before and I will likely be back again. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and very tastefully decorated. The only issue we had this time around was the air conditioning. Our room felt weirdly humid, and the only way to make it feel less damp was to crank the AC way down to uncomfortably cold temps. Also, the lobby/breakfast area was uncomfortably warm when we were having breakfast.

The rooms were large enough to accommodate Queen beds, however, they were full beds, noted as double beds. Also, they are holding a $100 security deposit on my ccard after I had already paid for the room for an add’l 3 to 5 days!!!

Every interaction with staff was excellent. room was comfortable and clean. Temperature control, and AC noise was non- intrusive. Streaming choices were very limited. Walking Access to Baylor Heart Hospital was great. Complementary breakfast was reasonably tasty and well tended. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and responsive on all shifts. Overall, a good experience.

It was great! The staff was super friendly and it was clean.

Location Cleaning crew left door open after service. We didn't get back until 930pm . So door was not locked for over 9 hours. Thank God nothing was missing.
