La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Plano West

Clean room, air conditioning was great, staff was helpful and breakfast was better than average.

FRIENDLY, CLEAN, AND BREAKFAST WAS GREAT

Everything was great how ever one of the elevators was broken during our stay but they have 2 so not a big deal. That was only thing but was happy to see it down for repaired without us have a problem with it. :-)

The only issue we had was the man next door who seemed to be coughing up a lung, but we ran the fan all night and slept well.

We had a nice weekend stay. The elevator was a little janky and the outside door to the side of the hotel didn't work to let people in but the room was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again with my family.

Everything else was okay!

The people were very helpful considering we have some mobility issues. John, at the front desk, helped us immensely by not making us return the luggage caddy back to the front of the hotel which was a great distance to our room. He had a very nice person come and get it. We also had an issue where the toilet seat was loose, but we notified the front desk and they had someone from maintenance come tighten it down, and it was fine after that. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. and the air conditioning worked great for July. It was very hot outside. My only recommendation is that they get more luggage caddies and better handicap access. At the doors we had to use at the back of the property.

Room was clean

I was woken up at 3AM by a barking dog in a room near mine. I reported it to the front desk person took note of it but offered no recourse. The same barking event occurred the following night. Once again I went to the front desk and the attendant said “I don’t hear any barking”. I waited until morning and brought it to the attention of the manager who said “We are a pet friendly hotel”. I said the pet does not have the right to ruin the sleep of other guests. He said he would notify the owner “if the dog disturbs other guests again, they would have to leave.” To which I replied if the dog disturbs my sleep again, for the third night, it is too late to ask them to leave, I will already be awake! He offered to move me to a different floor. So in the end, I lost two nights of sleep and had to move. The dog was not inconvenienced in the least! I should have a sincere apology and had at least part of my money refunded or a voucher for a future stay, although I doubt I will ever stay at La Quinta again. This hotel is for the dogs!

Clean, comfortable, great pillows and bed. Easy access.

My daughter had an event in the Plano area we had to attend on a budget. We found this hotel at a wonderful price. We were nervous but booked anyway. Right away the staff were nice and the entry smelled clean. Smell is huge for me because I have a sensitivity to smells. There was no mold/mildew smell at all! The room smelled clean! The ac worked great, the water pressure was amazing and the staff were great! We asked if we could have a late check out due to my daughter not being done later in the day and we would have no where to go, and they helped us out! Definitely staying here when we are in town for her next event!

The room was clean. The mattress was sunken in the center. My husband came home covered in bedbug bites. The breakfast was basic and did not accommodate anyone who cannot have dairy. The elevator was glitchy. Our room cards had to be reset three times. The staff was very nice.

Clean room everyday and you if have to sleep during the day and they can’t clean your room they will set up a time that works best for everyone

Stayed here 2 times and have no complaints. Breakfast was what you’d expect, rooms are always clean, and staff was helpful.

My stay was very pleasant clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and we really appreciate the wonderful staff at the front desk will definitely stay here again when we are in the area thank you again

Had a comfortable king size bed the room was huge the walk in shower was nice the pool was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing I really enjoyed the stay

The breakfast buffet was basic but pleasant & plentiful! The staff made a very stressful time as comfortable & manageable as possible!
