No variety in breakfast. Everyday same menu.

Great place for vacation

There was a sports team -maybe 2- staying and there was quite a racket overhead. Lots of running and yelling (they are kids). Eventually there was enough quiet to sleep. Maybe book sports teams on the ground floor?

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were done every day and the breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay there.

Staff was excellent at the front desk housekeeping was excellent the breakfast was excellent just all in general the place is very good enjoyed the pool

One elevator out of order entire trip. Right off the elevator and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Room looked clean upon entering but smelled like a used vacuum bag. Bathroom always smelled bad. Water stain on ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Bad ventilation. Breakfast great. Pool cold. Patio nice.

I definitely loved the hot breakfast and housekeeping. I love that they had a workout room and pool. Even though I would for it to be outside. It was hot enough. Mini refrigerator to keep your water cold. Safe in closet. Wish I had a better view, lol. But if you want a nice and cool room and great food, come stay here. I'll be coming back. My first time in Texas.

Excellent stay as always! The hotel is really comfortable and the breakfast is good. Thania, Michelle, Marlene, and the rest of the staff always provide amazing service. I recommend this hotel if you are in the Dallas /Plano area!

Clean large rooms, great water pressure, great breakfast, very comfy beds and quick access to interstate.

The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. We loved the breakfast, except for the gravy. It was too watery.

Really enjoyed our stay. Property is very clean; location is accessible; friendly staff; nice breakfast. It would be helpful to add sugar free coffee creamer options and decaf tea.

My boyfriend and I love coming to stay here we usually go to get away from the summer heat plus is near a lot of locations they we often go visit definitely look forward to coming back and the front desk stuff is absolutely amazing and friendly!

Swimming pool was closed for 2 days?? One bed squeaked every time we moved. Plz check it Maid service was not consistent

The lady helping with the brkfast area was very attentive and polite.

Great stay! Room was clean, breakfast as usual was awesome and the staff member we talked to was very friendly! Overall it fit our needs perfectly!

There was a significant sanitation concern in our room. Not clean and the staff did not do anything to rectify the situation. Won’t stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Some of the tables in the dining area were a little wobbly and the chairs could use an upgrade, but all in all it was great
