Courtyard® by Marriott® Fort Lauderdale City of Plantation

The breakfast choices was a disappointment. Nothing to the liking. Also prices were too expensive. We decided to eat elsewhere. Also front desk upon checking said we can have a balcony room,but 30 seconds later said not available. Was also directed to wrong part of building to park. The room was clean though and porter very helpful.

Great location for what we needed and at a good price. Every amenity catered for and staff friendly and helpful.

We got in from having a stressful morning and Natasha at the front desk was very welcoming. She set the tone for our entire stay .

Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants

Staff very unhelpful and kept giving me the run around to accommodate a reservation change. I ended up not going and will never stay there again.

Room was clean. Beds very comfortable and A/C was great. The swimming pool was very refreshing and lounge chairs to lay out.

Did not have breakfast. I slept well but neighbors were a little loud at 1am. Woke me up. But all in alll the employees were great courteous and a pleasure to meet so many during my stay Other guests respecting their neighbors . Should ask guests to be courteous at late hours.

As advertised

I was given a room that had bad beds. So soft and springy anytime my significant other moved the bouncing woke me up. The mattress was cheap. Nice hotel but I won't stay there ever again I like a good night's sleep. Breakfast sandwiches were overpriced as well. There was also no reason why I had to pay for parking since the parking spots were plentiful and owned by the hotel. included around the building.

The elevator location was kind of odd. Not quite in the front. Lobby was spacious and welcoming. Room was quiet, comfy and clean

The staff was outstanding. The shuttle took me to the stores I needed to go to, other than that I used Uber.

Tv was not working and no one communicated it wasnt so just thought i didnt know how to use it mentioned upon checkout and was told there was a cable issue would of been good to know
