My room was very clean, the breakfast could had more options. What I didn't like I had to pay $5.00 daily for parking.

Sharonique, went over and beyond to help my family and I have a great stay. She was very helpful and pleasant.

The location and the staff were pleasant The carpets were dingy, the AC unit in the room was antiquated and very loud making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was disappointing

Everything, but I would say my favorite thing about it at the top of the list was you needed a badge to get in every door. I loved everything about it.

The hotel amenities was good, staff members are polite, friendly and helpful. I had felt safe during my stay. The breakfast was decent. The only issue was housekeeper cleaning the rooms. It was stated every other day it would be clean but it was not. I was disappointed when I did not see a cleanly room.

We enjoyed the location as well as how comfortable our room was. It was quiet and peaceful. The main security latch on our room door needs to be fixed because it wasn't flat against the room door. The shower seat needed to be repaired it was separating from the wall

Loved the breakfast! The rooms were okay especially grateful for the 2 bathrooms and kitchen which were very clean. However the AC was VERY loud shutting off and on throughout the night so I didn't sleep very well during my stay. Also the pull out couch was not clean so we weren't able to use it. Overall I give our stay a 3.5...I traveled with my 2 children and parents.

I stayed for 10 nights, and overall my experience was okay. The facilities were satisfactory, but the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, which affected my comfort. The breakfast was also okay; however, I would have appreciated more variety, especially for guests vacationing from the Caribbean who may be looking for more familiar options. Overall, my stay was decent, but there are areas that could be improved.

Love this place..malls, shopping very close. Rooms are super clean, beds are comfy! Recommend!
