I really liked the friendly and helpful staff. Donte, Wendy and the staff at Starbucks and also the crew at restaurant who served breakfast. The hotel could use a little renovation. The carpet in the hall way had a little odor.

I use to come to this hotel as a kid during Christmas time back when they had the mall attached, it was always super clean, modern looking, spacious rooms & great staff. Almost 30 years later and it’s still that way! Love how the area has developed. So many restaurants in walking distance at Plantation Walk. Great location, staff is still great, rooms are still modernized and spacious. Housekeeping cleans daily, water is super hot and the air conditioning gets very cold. Would definitely stay here over and over again!

We enjoyed the breakfast and location and the hotel. The staff were also very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean but a little smaller than we had hoped for. Other than that we generally enjoyed our stay. The suite was a little smaller than we would have wanted.

It was well located. The room was spacious and fairly clean. It was quite dated and old fashioned. The staff were lacking. No bell services to help with luggage. Food not great. Hotel felt quiet and no atmosphere.

Drinks at the bar are pricier than usual for a hotel bar but otherwise great!
