Room was clean. Staff did not greet me and was not friendly at all checking in and checking out. Did not ask how was my stay? Breakfast was edible but nothing to write home about. The worse part of all was the noise from the outside coming from the properties air conditioning unit. Our view was of the air conditioning unit and that's what we heard all day and night. We would have asked to move but was only staying 2 days and was too tired to move.

Staff was very helpful and quick to assist when I had an issue. The rooms are cozy and I love the kitchenette, I’m a little sad that my stay wasn’t really long enough to make good use of it. The rooms do have a subtle mustiness to them, as they’re not super well ventilated, especially the bathroom. But keep in mind, this is Florida—during the summer, opening the windows is not really an option in this kind of heat and humidity. That said, the property is very nice overall! Breakfast was also tasty, love the selection.

The staff were polite, the room was good. Breakfast was good. I Love the location The television was sitting on the wall in an awkward position which didn’t allow you to watch while lying down.

We stayed for 6 nights. The breakfast was filling, the parking reasonable at $5 per day and the staff friendly. The location was perfect for us. Although, this is not a luxurious hotel, it was convenient. The hotel is a bit dated, with the rooms needing upgrades. We had a one bedroom suite. The sofa bed did not work and needs a replacement. The beds could be more comfortable, and the one bathroom needs more light and a fan.

The room had a strong smell of mildew and there were signs of water damage. There should be separate floors assigned to customers who have pets because some dogs bark in unfamiliar surroundings.

I like that breakfast was provided, hot food, and a standard assortment of breakfast options. However, it wasn't impressive. Breakfast was the same every day. It did not accommodate persons with healthier diets.

Had a wonderful time at the Sonesta Suites. I was so pleased with the accommodations and there was sufficient space for everyone. Was extremely happy to be on the ground floor and close to an exit door for my aged mother. Breakfast was great.
