Secret Garden Hotel

The parking across the street wasn’t well maintained, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Location was perfect, 10 mins walk to beach, bus stop right outside apartment building to take you into main strip. Staff were very friendly. Food was very good. Nothing it was an excellent stay!

Bathroom was a bit snug but didn’t put me off would definitely stay here again

Clean and tidy , good restaurant , staff where very accommodating Location was mid way between anything around and needed to hire transportation or bus

The location was very nice and close to you bakery ,pharmacy ,gas station, super market restaurants, beach Daily cleaning is included in the hotels services, however not provided sweep and mop the floor . Also there were many insects inside the room

This is a great place to enjoy summer holidays. If you are with your family I highly recommend it. Relax, friendly people and staff will make the overall experience unique. The owners of this place are very good people and always available to help you. Definitely a place to visit again … Keep up the good work:) I would appreciate someone to clean the room more often but still it was not bad.

Lovely little hotel. Our room was nice and the pool area was lovely, never crowded and often had it to ourselves which was nice! Restaurant was nice, food was pretty standard but a decent price and lovely outside area. The staff were all lovely and friendly too. We hired a car and used the hotel as a base to travel to different areas, so didn't explore much of Maleme itself except for a few restaurants, but enjoyed the hotel and pool area in particular. The shower was tiny so was very difficult to not flood the bathroom! Not the best pressure either. A bigger shower or even a wet room would have been better as the shower curtain was so close to you it was difficult not to touch it and it didn't seem the cleanest. The bathroom in general could have been cleaner as well as the floor in the room, it was quite dusty and my feet were often very dirty from the floor. The room is smaller that it looks online and the air con is not the strongest, we had it on 17 and it was still warm in the room at night (potentially due to it not being close enough to the bed). Lighting was also very dim.

Very nice, cosy and peaceful hotel with very friendly staff. Room and bathroom were modern and small nice details made them homey. We could defenatly come again. There was no sink in our kitchenett and the shower was tiny

This is a cozy place to relax, people are nice and the food is nice too. Maybe the coffee could be improved but we are italians and it is not easy to find a satisfying espresso ?

Very nice and spacious vacation apartments with the pool. The territory is small but very nice. Sea view. Tranquility! If you don’t have a car this might be a big issue as there are no decent beaches around. Maleme is a very small village with very few restaurants. The car is a must.

The room was updated, but still had a Cretan feel with a wood ceiling, and a lot of local stone around the pool and cafe area. Very tasteful. The hosts are pleasant and the breakfast was tasty. Nothing

Everything was clean, the room had everything we needed including a big relaxing bed perfect for resting, and a nice view of the pool which was also very clean and never crowded. There is also a bar and restaurant with a wide variety on food and drinks. Sandra was also very kind and helped us with everything we needed. All in all a great experience, thank you!

Very warm welcome, good food in restaurant. No drinking water provided in room and tap water tasted bad.

A perfect little getaway with a great pool and bar area. The room was very comfortable and spotless. It was a short walk into Maleme and there was a bus stop right outside. We really enjoyed having cocktails in the bar in the evening x Nothing to dislike
