It was so amazing! The private beach is excellent, with a great pool area and two restaurants and special drinks delivery to anywhere you’d like basically. The staff is so adorable and welcoming, with great recommendations and attention to details. It was a WOW experience! It would have been nice to have more vegan options around??

The put a lot of love and effort to maintain the property and it had all what we need. Pool, good sunbeds and even beds on the water. The staff is extremely nice.

The hotel and room design is very beautiful and aesthetic, breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was super chill. The hospitality was truly exceptional – George, the manager, and the entire staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and caring. They did everything to make sure we had the most perfect vacation. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be happy to return ?

Exceptionally peaceful. Friendly and attentive staff. Spotlessly clean hotel, rooms and pool area. Bed was large and very comfortable. Very good food - selection and quality. The cocktails were excellent. Easy access to the long, sandy beach. As the weather was below average for the time of year, the pools were too cold and the sea too choppy to reasonably enjoy, we found ourselves bored on occasions. Perhaps some board games in the spacious reception area would be a good idea. We visited Chania a couple of times on the bus, but the location is a little bit out of the way. It is a great location if you wish to do very little. Had the weather been warmer and the sea not as rough, our perspective might have changed.

The property is situated in a peaceful, remote area, which provided the perfect escape for my family and me. The overall experience was great—the room was spotless and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. While the massages were undoubtedly very good, and neither my family members nor I had any complaints about the quality of the service, they were still far too expensive for what was offered. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the experience justified the high prices at the facility. Additionally, as pointed out in other reviews, the staff lacked authenticity. Each morning, it took around 10 minutes and several reminders to receive my coffee, which was frustrating and not up to the standard one would expect. This is definitely an area where the hotel could improve. On a positive note, I appreciate the reception team for taking my feedback seriously and offering their apologies, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, despite this, I still feel that the overall cost for a week’s stay was excessive and didn’t deliver value for the money spent.

The service was unbelievable, we read before our stay about the service but it was above what we expected. The stuff was so welcoming, taking care of anything we might need. If you looking for a great hotel to relax and spend few days at the pool/beach this is definitely your place

Excellent place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The hotel has all the necessary infrastructure. Good cleaning of rooms, clean beach. But especially service and food - above all praise! The food is very tasty and varied. The restaurant manager Goran is my favorite. Very careful and kind attitude, personalized attention - he always finds time especially for you. Goran, Asterion, thank you for a great week! Not the best location in terms of connection to the nearest villages. For some people this may be a plus if they want to be completely off the radar

Small scale resort, perfect for adults holiday. The swimming pool area and access to the beach are fantastic. Great breakfast buffet.

incredible service Quiet location great food and athmosphere

The staff In reception and bar/restaurant were excellent. Room was big. Breakfast had everything you need. I think hotels social media and pictures didn’t match the reality so we were a littlebit dissapointed. Hotel didn’t feel luxurious Boutique hotel but rather well maintanated 4 Star hotel. For the price we paid we were expecting more luxurious experience. Not even a water bottle replenished daily In the room. I have to give bad comment about massage place In the hotel. Eventhough my massage was OK an done by friendly younger lady, the older lady (manager?) charged me much more than it was written In online booking page. On the top of that, after massage they made me sign something and only after that I realized that older lady put five stars review on their system and then just asked me to sign that good review. I was shocked. I didnt complain on the site because i didnt want to start an argument and ruin my holiday. I want to highlight that the younger girl was extremely nice and hospitable. We used gym quite a bit but my husband said that the gym had too little weights. Also hotel didnt have nice surroundings and you have to have a car to go somewhere nice. We had partial sea view but you hardly could see anything. All In all for that price I wouldnt stay again.
