Access to the beach and the environment was clean and relaxing. The pool closes too early. It should stay open at least until 8pm. 6pm is far too early.

Wonderful property with beach access, a nice pool, other amenities, and friendly staff. One of the most pleasant stays we've had. Will be sure to come back again!

Everything was perfect! Great location right on the beach which was close to enough Chania (20 minutes drive by car) yet far enough to be quiet and calm, big comparable rooms, great food with a big variety, lots of sun beds by the amazing pool & beach with bar service right to your sun bed. The bed was super comfortable, all the staff were extremely kind and helpful and a note about the beach since we saw multiple reviews about it- there are some pebbly areas which can be uncomfortable to step on, but RIGHT next to them there are areas with mostly sand- so the pebbles are not an issue. Especially since there is a nice wooden path you can walk on from the hotel grounds almost right up to the water level. We will definitely try to be back! As others have mentioned- there are zero drinks served at dinner, only by order. I think a hotel at this value can serve at least a single glass of still water per person

Myrion Beach was perfect. Staff were lovely and so welcoming from day 1. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, and the beach is literally steps away. Breakfast was fresh with great variety. Huge parking space made life easy with our car. Will definitely come back!

All perfect Wardrobe in the room is very small. Limited space. Connections with external excursion companies could be enhanced. We ended up finding companies by ourselves.

Beautiful property. Food was AMAZING. Breakfast and dinner had great variety and all dishes were fresh and delicious and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The resort even surprised me with a cake and sparkling wine for my birthday which was a nice touch. There was a bus stop conveniently location right infront of the hotel for trips to the city center. The beach was also very nice and the sand was super soft. Very well maintained! The only part I didn't like was my experience at the spa where I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I did not enjoy it AT ALL. Did the massage on my birthday as a special treat but ended up feeling bad which was annoying The spa! The male masseuse I had was rude and disrespectful. I asked for the massage to be hard as I prefer my deep tissue massages that way and he responded in a snappy and sassy manner, sounding annoyed. Like what the heck? He answered back a lot of times in a very impolite and crass manner. It was so shocking and strange. What was his problem? Also, he didn't use enough oil so there was a lot of friction while he was doing the massage so it was painful and uncomfortable. His techniques were sloppy and not very good. It was probably the worst massage experience I've had in my life, and i've had plenty. Annoying that I had such a bad experience on my birthday. I really came out of there so sad and annoyed. It's really not the way to treat customers! I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel but the spa needs improvement and the massage therapists need to be trained to give good customers service and to be POLITE and make clients comfortable and use enough oil to avoid friction! I highly discourage visiting the spa

The kindness of the staff were superb. Landscaping and pool are amazing. SPA location is quite disappointing and not inviting to visit being underground while It could Have been great overlooking the stunning views.

The whole area and rooms are very modern, clean. Food is high quality and delicious. Appreciated whole staff who was always helpful and polite.

We split our holiday between hussle of Chania for 5 nights then relaxation in Myrion for 5 nights - it absolutely fit that brief. Wide breakfast offering and food in the evening menu was yum (although did B&B so only had the evening meal a couple of times). It's a bit of a walk in to the neighbouring town but we got the mercury e-bikes so was easy. The staff over-exceeded our expecations and were all very courteous during our stay. a 5* experience Agreed with others that the drinks are pricey. It was a bit quiet for the evening entertainment, assuming it's just that time at end of season.

All the stuff was so kind, the pool is amazing and the food and drinks by the pool are grate! The room was clean and big.

The property is gorgeous - the pool is big and there were always plenty of available chairs. Most of my complaints are regarding the dining experiences at the Resort. Despite the restaurant having 10+ staff members the service was very slow to greet us and food took a long time. We then waited for 45 minutes for someone to come check on us after getting our food, which I hadn't touched because I was missing one of the menu-listed items within the dish. The food at the dinner buffet was not good and very expensive. At the breakfast buffet, servers intentionally do not come and check on you so they don't have to get you a second coffee - which they don't let you serve yourself. Again, there were around 10 staff members just hanging around but never checking on any of the tables.
