A little worn down, pool was a little dirty so it wasn't used

It was very peaceful. Quiet. The staff was amazing, especially Jose who handled my checkin. The is a wonderful budget friendly option. The rooms are a little dated with furnishings yet I had everything I needed. The courtyard was beautiful, like an Oasis. Honestly, for the price I really can’t complain about the property. Point of a budget option is you don’t come and expecting a Ritz-Carlton. So for my money, I would definitely come back here again.

Everything was great

The location was very convenient, only a block away from 5th Avenue, there was a 7-Eleven around the corner and a 24 hour staff that helped me in every step and guided me throughout my stay. The room was very cozy and had a great AC machine they helped tremendously in the hot days. It is very quiet and I was able to rest the days I was there. The only thing that could’ve been fixed was the shower, there was a weird smell when the Easter was running but it only came from the shower.

First of all, there is no breakfast in this place, does not even coffee, they do advertise that, but that is not true. They do not have it. That should be taken off. What I like the most is the location. What I like less they don’t even have coffee anymore, I can go without the breakfast, but they used to have a coffee pot every morning and they took that away.

Shower no hot water and no pressure

The beds were comfortable and the fridge was cold. The location was the best part of this hotel as it was close to 5th ave but far enough for a quiet sleep. There were no creepy crawlies in the room. The shower was weak and it was difficult to find the correct temperature. The pool was always dirty since there was a tree above it. There is no suntanning area if that is your thing. You have to request a bedding and towel change if you want it.

In the middle of the hotel there was a lot of flaura and fauna which made the hotel very nice.

Mosquitoes in the room. I killed six.had to sleep with my hoodie on and jeans and cover my face with a bandanna. still got bit on my hand. I’ll do you a favor and grade it 05 although it should be a zero. Staff was nice.

Wonderful amazing people the place is nice. The rooms are decent. There’s no toilet seat seats in any of the bathrooms and the pool does not circulate. The staff are absolutely amazing. The fact that all the pictures show a pool in good running service was very deceiving

Walking distance to so many places. No toilet seat. Not like the pictures. No daily cleaning or towels. No drinking water. No blankets. We had to ask for everything. Even toilet paper.

Great stay

It is a nice little cosy hotel with very friendly staff. Swimming pool is not large, but it is well located and neat. Nothing really everything was as expected

Nice jungle vibe and good pool, free water and coffee, comfy bed, clean. noise

That everyone was very friendly, nice and helpful. I would prefer that the room was more modern.
