Cozy, great staff, near everything Too noisy - the street noise kept going late night and the noise insulation wasn’t enough.

The location is absolutely amazing. Our room overlooked fifth Avenue which we enjoyed very much. The room was clean, cool and comfortable.

My room was cancelled by booking.com at last minute as it was on my old credit card so that led to confusion and manager was trying to charge me far more than my original booking, Then he wanted me to go and get cash from a machine so I was frazzled on arrival. However, the room was great, the location was great but I hated Playa Del Carmen. Just a manic place, a crowded tiny strip of a beach, after Isla Majures, Valladolid and Holbox it was like going from paradise to Hell!

Clean, great staff.

Everything was perfect! The staff were impeccable and the most wonderful we have stayed with anywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and amazing location. We will definitely come back again and again! No dislikes at all! Everything was even better than expected!

Very nice decoration and feels like a retreat. Comfortable bed. We were concerned about the noise from the street but the doubled doors/windows were good enough to block the sound. We were only informed about an extra local tax to be paid in cash at the moment of check in (no mention of it in Booking.com or through the message center). They offer some coffee and tea every morning, so it would be nice to also have the breakfast optiom available. This is not necessarily a problem as there are many restaurants nearby.

The location is excellent on Fifth Avenue, you can walk in every direction, the property is clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious , the staff is very friendly special Ivan we always stay here I have no complaints, only suggestions, Having a pool and offering breakfast would be great.

Quant spot right on 5th ave, close to everything. Everything good at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful -- I ended up staying an additional night because I enjoyed the accommodations. Great shower. Loves the hacienda aesthetic. Liked the balcony and spaciousness of the room. Really liked the vanity area that I used to get ready and right across the street was an Art walk I'd never seen after years of visiting the area. Coffee available in the morning was a nice way to meet other guests. There is no elevator so be mindful of that when booking. I did not mind this overly.

The furniture, the small details..everything was beautiful, and the garden

The room was perfect! Clean and gorgeous Mexican style decorations, very comfortable cause you can control the air conditioner and always have warm water in the shower. The water pressure was perfect. Absolutely nothing it was perfect, but the coffee they served was terrible
-
location location location and quiet quiet quie t Hand rail on entry steps. A pastry or cereal for breakfast.
-
TV wasn't working correctly, but it didn't matter anyway for us, because we had little time to watch it
-
The area was very touristy and the noise level was particularly high.

Absolutely a gem! Property and rooms were beautiful and comfortable with an amazing location to food, the beach, and the ferry to Cozumel. Good wifi. Front desk employee was very sweet and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow (there's usually a spare in the closet, but there wasn't one in ours) but she didn't have any left at reception. That was fine, we said thanks and went to our room, but she came and knocked on our door later and dropped one off! Thanks for going the extra mile. They also had hair conditioner in the shower, which seems to be a rarity in Mexico! My hair was thrilled. Smelled great. We will definitely try to stay here again if we're in the area in the future. Genuinely liked everything!

The staff was excellent. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Old world charm. Fresh drinking water was provided. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, nicely decorated. I was very, very happy with my stay. Thank you to the great staff ~ Ivan, Nikita, Michele, Mariana, Daniel and Francisco. Breakfast could be a little more varied but it wasn’t really an issue.
