The apartment was bright and spacious with a great location on 5ta. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook. The check in and check out was more complicated than it needed to be. Why am I walking 4 blocks at 4am to check out when I specifically selected this location due to the proximity to the ADO station.

Loud at night, no one on site if you needed help

Several clubs right next to it, very loud music couldn't get any sleep without earplugs until morning. Confusing because the reception is in another location to check-in. Breakfast is a sandwich and tea/coffee.

We booked online. The application said we could cancel at any time. Upon booking, I received four messages in the Booking app with hotel information. Included was information stating that the property did not have on-site staff, but that to expect 24/7 service. I replied with the anticipated time of our arrival, but did not receive a response. When we arrived, no one was at the property to meet us. I called the number within the earlier received messages, but no one answered. We waited 45 minutes, and no one responded or checked us in. I ended up having to call Booking, because when I went to cancel the reservation, it would not allow me to do so. From this experience, I would not recommend this location.

Very noisy Impossible to sleep I was charge to another property call turquesa old, i had to leave door opened for while to get the smell out and at night got a cockroche walking around. Breakfast was not really Breakfast i just a coffee and a small ham and cheese bread

Location is excellent, over the 5th av. close to many bars, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. Reception, the guy at reception was rude, definitely worse reception in all my years traveling around the world. that person shall be either replaced or trained to trate with customers. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Room stinks like toilet, breakfast

- Nothing. -Check-in requires walking to a different facility. -Very loud at night due to nearby lounges; sleeping before 5 a.m. is difficult. -The room was not clean. -The bed was uncomfortable, and the springs were noticeable. -A physical key is used, which is inconvenient when going out, especially to the beach. -Frequent issues with the door getting locked and not opening. There was no response via Booking.com messages or phone calls; communication was only possible through WhatsApp.

Room shared a wall with a nightclub that plays music until 2:30 am. Bass so loud our doors rattled and the hair on my legs waved at every beat. It physically hurt my ears. This is not normal 5ta avenida sounds, but akin to being at the club all night. Included "breakfast" is toast or a warm wilted lettuce sandwhich with a slice of cheese and a slice of lunch meat. Also, a small ice cream dish of unripe cantaloupe and expired papaya. Terrace area had no shade as shown in photos. Rinse shower for sand and ocean did not work on the terrace. Dishes were dirty on arrival but still put away in cupboards. We booked for 4 people but got 2 towels.

Everything works fine, shower, AC, fan and the location is great. For those who are sensitive to noisy, stay away from the property. The breakfast is a sandwich not a breakfast.

The staff were great! The rooms are 3 blocks from where you check in at a sister hotel. I found that confusing. It was EXTREMELY loud. The bed vibrated from the neighboring bars bass until 3:30am then a restaurant started up their loud music across the way at 6am. It was dia de Los muertos so maybe it’s different normal days?

First, check-in; I had to go somewhere else to do it. Second, I booked a two-bed room with a balcony for my small family (me, my wife, and a young child), but they only gave me a small bed. The room was very cramped; you couldn't even stay there for a few minutes.

We had no towels and the reservation was made for 3 people. We also had no covers for the "beds". The AC wasn't working. The reservation included breakfast and there was nothing in the room (and there's no lobby or restaurant in the building, so there was no breakfast at all).

Clean, two rooms plus bath, right on 5th Avenue, near bus station, close to beach, great price. There is a nice relaxing area on the roof. Very loud next door until 3:30 a.m. but to be expected on 5th Avenue. Nice staff offered me another hotel, but I wanted to stay. Staff is there only minimally. Would liked to have had help getting luggage up and down stairs. No first floor. No pool. Minimal kitchen equipment. No pots or pans.

I choose this hotel for the location and the kitchenette. Unfortunately the host mislead me in believe is next to a bar when in fact was next to an open roof club opened every day until 4am. The noice was crazy. The kitchen had the basic tools but no functional stove, just a fridge and a microwave Noisy NOISY NOISY NO COOKING , no proper stove to fry or to boil, just a microwave. Host offered me a cheaper hotel but she didn't offer me the difference money, the new hotel didn't had a kitchen either. Breakfast was tea, coffee, powdered milk, bread and marmelade, big scam. When I called to complain, the host hang up and shut her phone. Really, really terrible experience.

the location is great ! the building is old and the appliances are totally outdated .

Anything, nobody came and helped me to do the check in. Check in is horrible. After 7 h waiting with my luggage, they offered me to book another hotel (at 8.00lm). Yes, the worse situation
