One night only. Friendly staff. Next to the very noisy bar street.

Amazing location and great staff.. if you want to stay in an amazing location this is your place. Don't expect the Ritz but it's not a hostile.

The beds are confortables. A small breakfest with cold old coffee is included. The noise, the personal who refuse all my demands, they were really mean to me. I asked them at the beggining if we could cancel because of the location and they refuse, so I asked them if we coukd change room to have the one at the back, which was still empty and they refused! They saw me with my 5 years old, they should have told me it was a room for prostitutes and people that goes in the bar. It should be an adult hotel only. Don't rent if you have kids!! If you think you can handle the noise, it is worse than you think. It ended at 4 a.m. so we slept from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. We wanted to see the sunrise on the beach and we missed it because we were too tired. The cook was nice.

The bed was comfy, the staff were nice, the breakfast was good! They gave me the closest room to the main strip which until 2am in the morning was very loud with music from the club next door... Which being slap bang in the centre you have to expect! However the other neighbours were rebuilding and had power tools going until a very late hour as well!

Right on the strip access to bars and restaurants is great. The people staff were really nice and friendly. Hot water and pressure in the shower was great. AC was in good working order plus a ceiling fan if you didn't want ac. There was a TV and TV box, but I did not use so can't comment on channel availability. Breakfast was good with a few options available. The rooms are slightly on the small side and do have internal windows. You are right on the strip, the bars close buy can be playing music till 0300.

location was super nice, cheap price We got the closest-to-broadwalk room. couldn't sleep at all. lots of noise came through the room. Always heard the booms of the stores music.. Shower window was broken so people could see us showering. The staff only speak Spanish

Only positive thing was that after staying in this hotel I really missed my home and we were happy to leave the hotel. It's not easy to find the hotel, sign is shabby. Stayed in room 10, paid for two nights 186€, breakfast included, not worth the price. They wanted to charge ca 300 peesos more than it was indicated in booking.com, but after few calls it was solved. They take 1000 peesos or 50 USD deposit, stayed in The Boat Condos by Andiani Travel before this hotel, that place was 100x better and not taking deposit + price was better. Those two hotels are like day and night. Breakfast was a joke, they had quantities for max 2-4 person, on the second day there was even poorer selection. For example on first morning they offered coffee, tea, porridge (grains in small package), but no hot water. When asked from the girl about hot water, then she just smiled and showed with body language that she can't do anything. Then offering cereals, but no yoghurt or milk, you should eat them dry. In the selection was white bread, jam, apples, bananas, cereals, some muesli bars. I wouldn't offer breakfast at all, then customers would have less dissapointment. By the way breakfast is served in the reception, there is only two chairs and a small table. They told us that breakfast is served at 8:00AM, they started to bring out the food around at 8:15. That meant on the first morning we were late to our ferry to Cozumel. Nobody speaks english. On the first day police and marina was running up the stairs to terrace, maybe chased someone, don't know. You can hear everything, noice from other rooms, when someone comes up from the stairs and ofcourse music from the bars. It felt like I slept next to subwoofer. The room has no ventilation, due to that there is moist in the room, so towels and clothes were moist. Towels were old, with holes. The drain pipe did not have an odor trap, that means there was awful smell in the room, especially in the bathroom. No hot water, taking shower was like icebuket challenge.

The location was perfect the toilet had a little problem but you could fix it manually

great location there is obviously management problems and it shows with the attitude of the staff, very weird vibe !
