Great location, organized and clean The internet is terrible

Great location, friendly front desk staff. Reviews are accurate, theft occurred from our bags in the room, filthy room, room booked didn’t exist and the front desk staff knew about this recurring problem. Management won’t change pictures. Pictures not accurate of rooms or cleanliness. Cleaning staff made beds and went through all our things and stole. Spent most of the trip figuring out the issues. No reimbursement or apology at all.

In the center of the hotel is a restaurant playing all morning and day long music and don't let tourists sleep late. I used earplugs. They need to change that

The place was comfortable and clean but its too outdated, it really needs a new remodoling, also you can hear everything from the next room to the street noise. Our air conditioning was not working on the last 2 days of our stay we let them know, but never handled it.

Location near famous 5th avenue. Ground floor room that we can roll our bicycles in to. Noise - loud talking and radio from the nearby desk and from near the pool - almost all night! Included breakfast is less than worthless.

The service was really bad. The room didn't have water in the toilet. The shower doesn't have a curtain, the family room standard that showed me in the picture while I was making the reservation it wasn't the same as what the property gave me. Also, the toilet seat was broken. We didn't stay because the manager never tried to help me solve the issues. Unfortunately, there was a big mistake renting a room with them. Horrible services and the property is not ready to receive people.

Staff super friendly Maid or HK didn’t came for two days and I went diving but it was super noisy the room I got supposed to be the best one because of the upgrade but ended up asking for a room change

Got eaten to death by bugs and facility quality could use an update.

The location was close to 5th Avenue! Staff housekeeping was very friendly and nice. Always will to help. The hotel needs to be upkeep. One recommendation is to change the towels and sheets and buy new ones.

Perfect location, kind people, comfortable beds

The noise, the bathroom smells of sewer, there's a dog that barks late at night and early in the morning, the air conditioner got messed and nobody fixed it.

The staff is partly helpful. Good location. Smelly, musty room. There are relatively better rooms, but overall they are all poor. Music roaring from night to morning. In some rooms cockroaches. Clogged toilet, no hot water. Breakfast consists of two toasts, butter, jam and drinking juice. Eggs for money. A bag disappeared from one room. Unfortunate circumstances. One star is a lot.

Cleaning staff were terrible. Left a dead cockroach on the floor, didn't change towels, didn't fix the flickering light, and there are many reviews on Google saying they steal from rooms. The photos on Booking are a lie - the photos show microwaves and fridges - I was put in a room without them - I had to complain and get moved to another room.

The location. The facilities need maintenance, up-keeping, and cleaning. The door handles and locks for the main doors to the rooms are loose or broken. The first room we got assigned didn’t have consistent running water. The toilet didn’t work, the shower head barely let any water run and they wanted us to stay there under those conditions. The rooms are full of dust over the fans and around the windows. The towels and linens are all stained. It’s not worth the price. It’s a dumpster. They had two other reported thefts while we were there from the housekeepers to other guests. The manager will respond they are currently working to solve this issues, but we kept hearing the same complaints over and over again from other guests with no resolution.
