I only stayed one night but I slept like a baby. Rooms are clean, no bugs, close to fifth yet not loud. Very efficient.

For the price paid it was a very good value. It was reasonably quiet at night and the staff were very accommodating. It was definitely as expected for the price paid. Water was hot and trash was emptied everyday. PDC has some sort of water smell issues, so when the bathroom door is left open smells from plumbing creep into the room, but this is generally the same anywhere you stay in PDC- so no big deal there. Also do not book this place for the breakfast. I didn't care much about it, as I rarely eat breakfast, but the one time I did want to get it, I had to actually walk 15 minutes to another hotel, only to find out that they had 'closed' breakfast early that day because it had rained on their tables and chairs (lol). Such is Mexico for you. But not much lost. It would have been bread, butter, and jelly and maybe a fruit and coffee, so wouldn't have been worth it anyways....so just don't book it for the breakfast. Other than that the bed was a tad bit like a board with a thin mattress, no big issue for me- but might be for some. Other than that it was very clean and trash was emptied everyday.

easy and safe walk from plaza, ferry, and bus. nice large and clean room. no way to heat water. there was microwave, i didn't use it because i had no cup. i would have prefered the access codes sooner so i would have available before leaving my home country. because i did not have cellular service and had to go somewhere for wifi. a rug by bed is always nice.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Very unique decor and very clean. Internet works great, warm shower, and AC works very well. I would diffinatly stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. No complaints.

If you're looking for a quiet place at a great location with amazing value for money, this is the place to stay. Even though there isn't front desk the manager was very available through WhatsApp and was honestly amazing

The room was ok but the breakfast included is horrible, just toasted bread and butter and coffee… breakfast included was very very very short and bad, does not worth the price at all. It was just toasted bread slices and butter and coffee… very poor service, all the rest you need to pay separate.
