Nice breakfast and very friendly water, coffee and water machine available 24 hours, great location. Old mattress, no outlets for charging even had to reach behind headboard to plug hotel lamp in, toilet didn’t flush consistently.

Great place, great staff, friendly, helpful, beautiful decoration, and clean rooms. Location is exceptional and surprisingly not noisy at all. The internet could be better, but it could be my room at the opposite end. Will visit again. Internet was spotty. Other than that. 10/10

It is one of the best places in Playa. Great stuff that helped us with everything we need. It was very clean, there a cold water and coffee area for free 24/7. The water in the sink was a bit smelly but this is in almost in every place in playa. The bathroom was small so the bathroom door always smashed against the toilet. But a great place

Extremely good location. Close to everywhere. Friendly and efficient team. Readily available coffee and tea at reception. Rooms need TLC. There is only one usable outlet which made our life a bit difficult. Elevator did not work and this was not mentioned anywhere before we arrived. And of course our room had to be on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was okay. Please note that this hotel is somehow budget friendly option and lacks many amenities. If you keep your expectations reasonable, you will enjoy your stay.

Staff around 24/7 and super friendly. My room was clean, cozy, and the shower had hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast options were good and the restaurant staff was friendly. Pools are awesome. The neighborhood can be a bit loud, I was there in the middle of Carnival.

Comfortable and clean. Nice staff The only reason I didn't give it the 5 stars is because the elevator doesn't work. I felt bad that the front desk guy had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. He was totally awesome about it. But anyone with mobility issues would have had a tough time. Otherwise, it was lovely

There was a park and arena across from the hotel, and at night there were around 70 stalls selling food, art, or souvenirs. Nothing

The grounds were very nice and the room was large. The breakfast was very good. Condrad at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and made sure we were happy with the accommodations Initially we were on the third floor but staff moved us to the first floor when a room became available.

The beds and shower are good! The location is perfect, next to a good restaurant and 3 min walk of everything you need and 5 min from the beach. And it has a parking garage for free. You can also use water for free the whole day Not all staff speaks English and there is only one point to charge your phone etc in the room

Get what you pay for. Good location. Cool pool and jungle vibes. Staff connected me with an over priced taxi. Elevator was broken.

Check in was easy but the front desk area need a touch up with an appealing welcoming. The energy is a bit dull.
