Very nice suite but no toilet seat made it a bit strange. Room was clean, no bugs and great location. No toilet seat is strange for me.

Large, clean room, with kitchenette. Good location, on-site parking. One morning, there was no water. I've stayed here a few times and it seems like they aren't keeping up with the maintenance.

Such a great location! The room was perfect, comfy bed and pillows! The pool was amazing!! A chill pool, with different heights to chill in! We loved it. I was missing a blanket the first night, so didn’t sleep so well.

I like the location, the room with the balcony and the kitchen in the the room. Very comfortable suite. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I didn’t have water any of them. The hotel never notified about it. When I checked in, they have a sign about no water available, and I understand, but every night. Also, the hotel needs to changer the shower head. The strategy about the guard at night is not the best. I waited about 10 minutes after 10pm to get into the hotel because the front door is locked and the security guard is checking the building.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The place was spotless. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, nice size fridge, plugin’s on both sides of bed with nightstands. Excellent water pressure. Thick bath and pool towels. Nice sized balcony. Rooftop pool was great. Close to restaurants, 7-11, shopping. A huge park with food stands, gift stands, Christmas decorations and entertainment We Llked everything. A suggestion would be for a bottle of dish detergent, instant coffee, packets of sugar and whitener for those of us who are only there for a few days.

The location was amazing The cleanliness of the room when we got there could have been better a lot of things had stains and they had no soap or hand towel to wash the dishes with.

The location is near Walmart next to the 10th. Very good. Everything was great the reception helped us since there was no hot water , the room are big, with kitchen that have everything .

Modern, spacious, clean room. Good location, close enough to all the action but quite at night. The pool area was abandoned and not at all as pictured online: only two sun beds which were broken, no umbrella, no shade, no hammocks, hot tub was cold. I understand that it was low season but then hotel should let guests know in advance as their pool marketing is pretty heavy and was what drew me to this hotel. Weather was good for swimming. The other thing is communication with staff. Generally not very attentive which was ok for us but we had a weird incident with a lost towel and they refused to give us a new one. So silly to have this kind of discussion and of being accused to have stolen it (it was a very simple bath towel). The hotel definitely has its pros as described above but this interaction made it all very unpleasant.

It's generic. Nothing really wrong with the place, it's just what it is.

Great location, in the center but not too close to the loud parties. The room is really big and comfortable with a kitchen and a big shower. The staff was super nice and helpful and the parking was easy and convenient. We really liked everything, just small things like the kitchen was missing basic things like dish soap and a sponge. The water in the shower was warm (not hot) but that’s OK since it was hot during our stay.

Location was excellent, close to Centro, Walmart, Ado bus terminal. Room was spacious and clean, we also enjoyed the roof top pool area

Overall was ok and good price. The swimming pool was nice and the bed was comfortable The water pressure is not good and the water wasn’t hot enough. Also when there are events at the city hall it’s very loud at the hotel
