Location, included breakfast One of the female evening clerk wasn’t there to help she was there to get paid, nothing else.

A coffee maker would be nice

It was close to 5th Avenue Service was bad, breakfast they should be more clear what’s included vs what’s not, the prices are unreasonably high, the apartment was very dirty and the bathroom were really bad too. We complained at front desk and no resolution. We left two days early and cut short our trip. Booking .com has helped us either yet either.

Great location and wonderful staff

It was a nice place, close to Cozumel ferry ride, Tulum and ADO bus station. Lot of activities,shopping and places to eat around the hotel area.

Good location, beachfront We booked a stay from 9–13 June but checked out after the first night due to multiple issues with the accommodation. Upon arrival, the first room we were assigned was not properly cleaned. There were hair strands on the floor and on the bed, and the floor had visible stains that appeared to be old spills that had not been cleaned. After we complained, the hotel moved us to a second room. The second room was somewhat cleaner, but it still did not meet the standard expected of a hotel room. More importantly, the shower had almost no water pressure. We reported this to the front desk and a staff member was sent to fix it. The solution was simply to open a hidden water valve under the sink. While this improved the cold-water flow, the hot water remained insufficient. After using the shower, the water continued dripping continuously. The only way to stop the noise was to manually close the valve under the sink. This meant having to repeatedly operate the valve whenever we wanted to use the shower or bathroom facilities. I do not expect to crawl under a sink to manage plumbing issues during a hotel stay. Because of the cleanliness problems in the first room and the plumbing issues in the second room, we decided to check out after the first night and stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, the experience became even more frustrating when discussing the refund. The hotel stated that they could not refund the unused nights because the reservation had been paid through Booking.com and that I should request the refund through Booking.com instead. They also refused to refund the tourism fee paid at check-in. When I asked why, the front desk employee said only that a refund was not possible and could not provide any explanation, stating that she had spoken to someone and had been told it could not be refunded. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Nice deck with pool but pool needed work - broken tiles and leaky faucet It was a bad time to go with the seaweed invasion that was not cleaned up by staff - no one wanted to hang out by bar at the beach but I never saw any staff working to clean it up - the girl at front desk was very nice though and should be commended for her courtesy

Beachfront and the food was exquisite!

The location, the prices, and the great staff. Even though is close to the party area no noises at night coming from the night clubs. They have the best enchiladas suizas and chilaquiles con arrachera as a complementary breakfast. Nothing to complain about the stay.

Everyone was so nice to us , the room were comfortable and cute , it’s a perfect location being really close to the 5th avenue, the food is great, and the price are really good There wasn’t a lot of pressure in the shower

Beautiful location! Awesome staff. Loved the breakfast. Only one top sheet for blanket, would have asked for one more.
