The staff and general hotel conditions not worth the money

Nice breakfast, and the pool view at night The room does not have even a small fridge, so for cold beverages it’s a bad one.

Location and staff, shower with hot water, delicious chilaquiles and fresh fruit included in the free breakfast Lack of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but they were able to provide it to us on the second night!

Breakfast with 3 options and great views. The pool and lights at the terrace were not working the night we came, which was a shame, because we wanted to use it. Other days we were busy, however the stuff handled it very nicely and they were sorry. The garage was very difficult to get in and out, we hit a bit the car, but luckily no big damage.

A nice breakfast, friendly and helpful front desk staff, free parking was a bonus. Nice view from the rooftop, every where was very clean. nothing

Location There was no effort to make it look like a nice place to stay.

Just because of the construction of the hotel and the location of our room, our first floor interior room was quite humid and nothing wet would dry. The cleaner cheerfully exchanged dry towels for wet ones, but there was no way to dry swimsuits, etc. Also the room was quite dark even with all lights on.

It did have a pool Rooms are large No amenities No mini fridge No coffee pot or coffee on site

Bathroom door is a sliding door with no latch, pretty much we didn’t like anything in the room. Landscaping inside hotel is nice, I think that they concentrated more on the landscaping looking than the rooms. Rooms weren’t nice at all. There was a very annoying like sliding door or bed tapping all night long, we hardly got any sleep. You could feel it right in your ears.

Customer service from day-shift front desk and garage attendant. Rooftop pool and how the room was cleaned everyday. Terrible attitude from night shift front desk person. He told me and my wife that he was not there to help with directions, or recommendations. He made us feel very unwelcome. He was on his phone all the time and would not even acknowledge us when we exited or returned to hotel. No coffee and no mini fridge I. The room

Location is too far from the main shops and restaurants even though it's near to the 5th Avenue,

Staff at the reception don't focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent location just around the corner of the Quinta Avenida. Rooms are OK, parking in the underground garage. Tasteful breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Kind and helpful staff. Very steep car access to the underground garage.

Good size, great location near to several restaurants and shops. I felt safe the entire time despite being on my own. The wifi in the room is not the most stable.

The pool was good but my room on the ground floor was very dark . My room was dark.

Started of bad, when there was no one to meet us at the airport as arranged. They even sent me a message,when we were on the plane, after we asked for verification of who was picking us up, "what was our question"? Pool area was bad ,most sunbeds unusable due to worn material. Pool had tiles missing & didn't seem to work properly until last couple of days. Towels in the room were torn & had holes. Beware of breakfast included,as only fruit, then eggs & coffee from an ern with powdered milk Yuck. Eggs were cooked nicely, choice of omelette and pancakes,but no change over the 2 weeks. Better off, getting breakfast in 5th Avenue as nicer. They advertise lunch, but never saw anything open. On the good side, location was great & bed was large, clean & comfortable. But on the whole, the hotel is in need of a total makeover. No furniture on the balcony, but hotel overlooked by apartments opposite.
