The staff were very rude and unable to make decisions, instead waiting for the manager to make important decisions. Everything was a problem. She is not helpful at the front desk.

Big bedrooms, comfortable living room, walking to everywhere, even that is right next to 5th Ave is quiet

Location was ideal: 1 block from 5th Avenida with all the main shops and restaurants and a few blocks walking distance to decent beach access (closer to ferry terminal). The apartments were spacious: we had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (ideal for a family of 4) and quiet mostly at night. The beds were comfy. There was a little noise from the loud outdoor celebrations near CocoBongo on weekend nights of spring break. Elevator works well. Our bathroom fixtures were loose and rusty. They used cheap, painted plywood for the bathroom sink counter which got really wet so the wood warped. Several doors and cabinet doors were chipped and splintered possibly from humidity and not being trimmed to not scrape the floor. Those doors were hard to open or close fully. They did not provide washcloths which is not a big deal. This unit could have used some updated fixtures and refreshing of doors to make it much nicer. The rooftop pool was small and looked dirty. They only had 2 bicycles and a back brake was not attached. So, our family of 4 could not use the bikes.

The towels were old .. over used . Not white . The bed sheets also were old . The mattress in the sofa bed was really dirty .. yellow and smelly .

Wonderful bedrooms and great roof-top area with pool! Water pressure was quite low. Also the nearby nightclub played very loud music until late into the evening. It didn't really bother me, or keep me from sleeping, but it might be an issue for some.

Low pressure toilets, hard beds, loud noises at night and the plunge pool.

Suite was clean. Missing items when we arrived and it took a while to get most of them. The last few days we weren’t given bath towels even after we repeatedly requested them.

Great location. Close to the beach and fifth Avenue. Easy walking distance almost anywhere. Very close to the loud nightclubs that go till 4 AM on first Avenue. First night was unbearable. I was on The Street side of the hotel. After discussing with management, they agreed to move me to the back of the hotel one floor below the pool. It was perfect. No noise, quiet there was an elevator if I needed it. And had direct access to the top level where the pool was. After the move was complete it was a perfect stay.

All was good.

Young man who staffed the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Good location near 5th Avenue and quiet. Air-conditioning was efficient. We thought we had stepped into a morgue ! Very cold and sterile living area and bedroom. Everything is gray and black. There is absolutely no art on the walls. This is Mexico, not 1960's Russia. Add some colors to make it more welcoming and warm. Add some lamps. Even the bed was rock hard. The only light in the bedroom is a dimly-lit ceiling bulb ~ it's ridiculous. The light in the living area wasn't much better.

The room was clean but was lacking in cooking supplies . No dish cloth and very minimal utensils and zero basic food. No salt and pepper or spices . The pool was not clean, it was not appealing. The air conditioning in the bedroom was leaking a lot. The staff were very nice . We should’ve have a key for the main gate so the front desk employee didn’t had to come open and close every time for everyone The room size was super nice and the staff were very friendly.

Location was great The mattress was too hard/firm and not very comfortable. The pool area wasn’t really clean and needs some attention.

Close proximity to the Main Street. There was a kitchen that we never used. Good water pressure. Water leaking from the AC and the water heater, all night. We left in the mornings and came back to wet floors in the evenings. The sofa bed was way too dirty and our child slept with us all the time.

The stuff at this place were amazing and a really super helpful It's so close to town that it's very noisy at night the property is a little bit on the older side but was also very clean. If you want value for money this is it.

The pool wasn't very clean. Elevator broke.

They managed really well when we arrived while the hurricane had still put some services out like water. They were able to get us water for an evening wash. The apartment was very sparse in kitchenware

Location is amazing. Price was great too. Big rooms and lots of space The towels were very old and grey. Mattress was hard, pillows too cheap. Water pressure was very low. The kitchen pots and pans have been scratched to death and we couldn’t use something that is toxic at that point.

Very clean, stylish enough, modern, awesome location parking fare was not clear enough, it has a great price but wasn't expecting it the pool was dirty, Is a big building and a shared amenity, I understand it, just mentioning it

Staff was friendly. More seating in the living area would be nice. There is only enough space for 2 adults to sit.
