The rooms were big Staff at the reception was nit very nice The pictures are photoshoped you dont have a view on the sea if you are on first floor (only two floors) You have a view on an ither building so the balcony was of no use

Also location in my lowlights, as restaurants and bars nearby are open until 3-4am, during the nights it is very loud.

The C-Grill restaurant associated with the Beach House had a good variety of breakfast items but the food isn't hot when it's served. It was warm at best.

The downtown Playa del Carmen location is excellent- it's very central and located right on 5th Ave. The rooms are beautiful, loved the rain showerhead and the bed was large and comfy. Loved that the balcony was large enough for a daybed and a table. Highly recommend. I didn't mind it, but please not this location is right on 5th Ave. The hotel is next to restaurants that play music until midnight or later. This was not a problem for me, but if you need a super quiet room, this hotel is not for you. Two ear plugs were provided in the room.

I think you could provide more beds around the pool area for guests.

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. Every time I had a question or concern, the staff would go out of their way to help. Especially the front desk staff, Roberto and team were excellent.

Loved this hotel! Great pool area. Modern decor throughout and very clean rooms. Close to everything in town and to the beach. Food was very good and breakfast was delicious. Ran out of hotel towels at the Hyatt beach house. Had to buy our own.

Central located There is some noise from around but it doesn’t affect our stay at all. For some people more sensitive to noise it can affect more.
