How this is a 7.7 I will never know! The photos are not of the property, no pool, no lobby, the entrance doesn’t exist! Pros: clean, friendly, good location Cons: no hot water! For the 5 days we were there. No room cleaning, no toilet paper. Pictures not accurate. Paid for a suite, did not get that room and had to ask, still did not get the room we paid for. Not recommended! Photos inaccurate, room not even close to the discription. ZERO hot water

Right away, they told us that they don't have the key from the safety deposit box. It is very unconvenient to walk around with passports, tickets and money. Then the first week , every day, we was promised, that the internet will be tomorrow. We learned the word maniana. Then, at the end of the first week, they said that the room going under construction. They offered us half of the size of the room that we ordered... . Or to pay twice a price. We showed them confirmation from you, that we have this room for another 35 days and we told them them to call to police. After this, everything changed. We could stay in the same room. The room doesn't goes anymore under construction. But they said to us, to look for another hotel with internet, Because this hotel will not have internet for a couple of months.

I got good deal for a king suit Room was beautiful Bed was really comfy We had small kitchenett. There were no plates/pots/cutlery from the beginning. But stuff was kind to find all what I needed There is a fridge and safe box in the room. A lot of noise from the street. But not deadly noisy like near to clubs... Poor communication. There is no phone connection with the hotel We arrived at midnight and they didn't have our reservation. And there was no computer system in the reception. But in the morning they solve everything.
