Amazing location, friendly staff and excellent value for what it offers. Breakfast isn't any good, could be much better. It's managed by the place next door and the lady in charge is not friendly. We asked for hot water and they told us they could not provide it (we stayed 3 nights, two adults and had just one breakfast for one during our stay). Beds and pillows could slightly improve.

Hotel not appropriate for elderly guests or disabled in any way, from reception to the room, no hand rails down thru a small courtyard that you must cross to get to the stairs leading to the room

The hotel is near the 5th avenue.very close to all the shops ans restaurants. Breakfast was not included in one of my booking.

Great Location Very Clean Beautifully kept courtyard and common areas Reasonably priced Sometimes can be loud ( on the streets) not the hotels fault. The shower was mostly like warm or cool

Very good location Clean place The toilet was not flushing from the first night and wasn’t fixed until the check out. We stayed there for 2 nights. At the same time I saw the whole floor rooms were vacant, but we were never offered another room. So they probably did not care about that

I liked the size of the room and the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The room was extremely lout at 2-4am. the restaurant's employees across the street hang out after work, drinking until 4am and are very loud, singing and playing music. We called the police but they never came. I would ask for a room in the back of the property if i were to stay here again.

Great location and quiet enough to sleep Hot water worked only sometimes. The rooms have paper thin walls and you have no noise privacy. It’s an inner courtyard so you can’t hear the dance club music at least and it was fairly quiet overall.

Decent location, clean and was comfortable. They “ran out” of drinking water in the evening - this is a huge negative in a country where you can’t drink the tap water
