The bed was very comfortable and had nice sheets, the room was quiet considering there's a club next door, I loved the shower. It was spacious and clean and the location is great for either hitting the beach/walking the 5th or heading in the other direction. Other reviews almost had me canceling, but it did not feel run down by Playa standards. No coffee or drinking water.

Budget hotel reasonably price with very big bedrooms right infront of Coco Bongo. There was a humidity smell as you enter the hotel. It's a shame that they let this great hotel go down hill as it only needs more maintenance. I came here 14 years ago and it was beautiful.

The property is a little run out but okay for the price. Super loud bars nearby. If you want to have a good rest in the night, it’s not ideal.

The location is great We ordered a family room with three beds and we get 2 beds and a mattress on the floor. When we get in to the room it was smelly from the Jacuzzi. The water flow in the bathtub was really bad and it was transparent (not suitable for a family room, maybe a double room)

I’ve stayed here 3 times now. It´s an excellent value for your money property, if you want to be in the middle of everything and right in the party streets. It keeps getting run down year after year, and it doesn’t look like they do much upkeep to maintain it in a good shape.

The staff were nice and location is close to night life and the beach. Internet worked fine. The room smelled very odd and various things were damaged. See photos. Very dark ambiance in the lobby and the room.

Really enjoyed the spacious room. We really enjoyed the large hot tub in the room, and the double shower. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, and with the location being right by 5ta Ave, we knew it would be loud at night, and it didn't bother us at all. The only downside was the small refrigerator didn't work at all, and the bathroom was very cramped.
