Great location, friendly staff, amazing vue :)
-
Great location A bit of noise due to clubs nearby
-
The smell was horrible, staff was not that nice.
-
There was some noise in the surroundings but nothing that ruined our vacation
-
There’s no pool

Beautiful hotel grounds and room. Very, very loud. They have complementary ear plugs in the room...not enough for the noise. And, the beach is TINY.

Breakfast was good and there was a few options to choose from. Centrally located. Paid for gardenview room but our room was quite literally in the restaurant. Right beside the kitchen so we were woken up to the sound of the staff prepping food at 5:30 am. They blast music through out the day in the restaurant as well.

It is a perfect location if you want to be in front of the beach, the hotel is very comfortable. Has a restaurant inside with great food and great service. You can walk to a lot of places. It is right next to the nightlife so it’s a little noisy at night
-

Due to the position, you are in the middle of the clubs of Playa del Carmen. Extremely loud music goes on from 21h to 4h (at least on Saturdays). The rooms are very poorly isolated, and as a result is impossible to sleep. We booked a cottage and it was incredibly dark and uninviting. The room size is pretty small, with a tiny bathroom (so far so that the sink is in another area). The decor is outdated and not at all in the same vibe as the rest of the hotel.

On-site restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner. Quiet ambiance with a small on-site beach.

The restaurant was the best food we had in PDC, great for cocktails, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Location is great. This is not a quiet hotel. There is a club on the other side of the wall and you can hear the music and feel the base until 4am. They need to invest in noise proofing the rooms. At noon you can start to hear the music in the restaurant. Stay in the north part of the tourist area for a quieter experience. We didn't park at the hotel (but were thinking about it) if you do it looks like your car might get blocked in, but there is a security guard.

Location, breakfast, nice room N/A

Beautiful beachfront hotel with a great bar/restaurant. Convenient location just off 5th Ave, but be aware that it is only a block from three clubs that play loud music well into the morning. This is probably only an issue for the rooms facing the street, the rooms facing the courtyard don't seem to have this issue. Beds were pretty stiff, but manageable. Club music on street facing exterior rooms can be a problem for light sleepers. Fortunately, we were exhausted at the end of each day and didn't have much trouble sleeping through it.

The location was great. Breakfast was very good. We had our kids along so there was not much of a beach area to play on, but we easily walked down to the main beach. This would be a place we would come back to without the kids. Everything was very clean. All staff was friendly.

Loved the Rio Secreto trip. Could not find any beaches to our satisfaction in Playa del Carmen. The city is more traditional and mainstream and not our preferred vibe compared to Isla Mujeres and Tulum, which are more hipster.
-
Location to beach and town. Very good parking management. The flush.

Next to nightclubs the music sounds loud at night. Not recommended if you have a light sleep, go with babies or just want a peaceful stay. The beach front to the hotel is too tiny, no place to enjoy the beach front.
