Convenience to 5th ave and beach I had to over an hour to check in despite arriving at 3pm. The lobby bathroom smelled like a pissy alley & day 5 the whole place smelled like sewage for a few hours. It was a hassle to get towel and my room was filled with mosquitos

I liked it because the staff is friendly, and the cleaner always kept our room tidy (except for the dishes). The hotel is in a nice location in the center, close to the bus station, and the rooftop pool is good, even though the water is freezing. However, the beaches that are the most beautiful and worth swimming at are far away, so the hotel isn’t really suitable for beach access. The apartment is huge, but unnecessarily so. In the kitchen, there aren’t enough glasses, and there’s no detergent or sponge to wash anything and the cleaning staff doesn’t do it. The corner sofa is broken and dirty or stained; either way, we haven’t even used it during the 8 days. The showers are very weak, so you can’t really wash properly. We’ve mostly stayed in bed or just used the terrace a little.

It is a great location. The room had a very large and nice shower. Original room on 3rd floor was so loud due to the rooftop music I had to change rooms. They moved me downstairs to a room in the back. There were 2 mattresses leaning up against the wall near my room for days and days. I requested multiple times for them to please move them somewhere else but they never complied. In the second room, one night the door in the room next to mine (which was under rrennovation) continally banged open and closed, all night so I could not sleep.

Towels are rough as hell. Fridge didn't cool enough, it just keep things in it fresh

I love that this is so close to everything. A car is not needed at all because everything is walking distance. The Oxxo is close, you can get drinks, snacks or anything you need. Also a souvenir store is next door for last min needs. So much great food in the area as well. They were kind enough to hold our luggage while we waited for check in. A lot of reviews mentioned too loud but we had no issues in the evening. We slept very well. I didn’t like that the room floors were dusty, and we did not have a broom to try and clean it up.

Just the room smell a i little be

Towels were ripped and minimal. No extra blanket during cold weather. Music stayed loud until 3am, should be just a little lower, couldn't talk at the table together.

Nice place. stayed there before, and will again.

Great location, very spacious. AC leaked water and they couldn’t fix and only offered to move us to a worse room. Pool music until 10pm is RIDICULOUSLY loud, can hear it in the room and can’t have a conversation if actually at the pool

I love how close the property was to 5th Avenue where all the shops are. The beach was hop skip away. Less than 5 minutes away. The rooftop pool is nice and the food on the rooftop was tasty. Pleasant workers. 1. It felt like a motel 2. The cleaners will throw your cleaning sign on the floor and say that the sign fell so they don’t have to clean the room. 3. The towels are dingy 4. The sheets are dingy and stained 5. The room felt skeevy (Gross) 6. Insane the amount of mosquitos in the lobby 7. The rooms label the loft has toddler size beds. My. 11 and 14 year olds had their feet dangling from the bed bc that’s how small those beds were.

Nothing, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Mexico. I arrived at 515pm and reception couldnt find my reservation so I said I would go buy some water and things and come back. When i returned around 545 they said they had found my reservation. So I began the check in process when i went to pay they started to add extra taxes that dont exist, ive stayed at dozens of hotels in mexico, this hotel is just robbing people and should be removed from Booking. Yes there are taxes but this places added extras on top of those they had the 2 normal ones and then they added 2 extra stealing about $5 per night per person from people. I complained and he said I was welcome to cancel and not take the room. It was already almost 6pm and I didnt want to search for a new hotel at this time. So I let them rob me for this imaginary tax they are stealing from people everyday. THEN after I finish the check in he tells me the room isn't ready! After 6pm they didnt have a room ready for my reservation... again he told me i could leave if i want.. I had already paid him... do i didnt get into my room until after 630 because i had to wait for them to clean a room. The room didnt look like the photos everything is run down. The room smelled bad. I found cockroaches in my room the second night. No one every cleaned the room during my stay. Then on my check out day i asked if i could have an extra hour because they have a very early check out time 11am (maybe others are noon or later) and they refused, i complained and told the receptionist about hoq i had to wait over an hour to check-in and he responded that it didnt matter they couldnt guve me a late check out. Dont waste your time this place is just robbing tourists. Its a terrible property. Much better options for cheaper. I found a place for less than half the price right on the main, steet 5th avenida which was way better. And they didnt steak from me with their made up taxes. Don't get scammed AVOID this place.

It looked nothing like the pics they were very outdated no pink hammocks by pool no pink beds hot tub not hot

The bartender upstairs was super nice and so was the waitress. I would never stay here again. What I expected to pay was the price booking.com charged me and then the hotel charged me the same amount in taxes. Total rip off, the hotel smells like sewage and its, AT BEST, a motel with a rooftop pool. There are zero places to lounge on pool deck; 2 loungers maybe. I guess this place does the job if you don't want to stay in a Hostel and you have 8 people in one room which is what it looked like it was set up for. The pictures of the rooftop are super deceiving. You can stay at the Fives down the street for less and the hotel is 10x's better quality.

The location Old facility. AC made a lot of notice. The leanings were stained. The room smelled humid. The hotel policies were insane. One key per room.

The one thing I did not like was the shower drainage. The shower was huge and spotless. However the drain doesn't work properly and water runs all over the floor. The second night I put the extra towels down and it helped but it was still an issue.
