This DEFINITELY has become my favorite place in Costa Rica. I do not have words to say how satisfied I am with the outstanding service provided by Josue Villalobos. I had a conflict with my car and I was very afraid of not taking my destination correctly. He picked me up at the bus station, took me to the condo, and returned. That made everything easier for me. Regarding the condo, it's simply AWESOME! I must confess I did not go out many times because being there was so relaxing for us. For my comfort, I was offered a golf car, which was very useful for me, because I did not have a vehicle to move around the facilities. This place is fantastic the client service couldn’t be more improved because is the best! I will book this year again, I will suggest this place to all my family and friends!!! MORE THAN 5 STARS!!! Have no an aswer for that, everything was PERFECT!

Everything was perfect!! It was quiet but convenient to everything. Loved that it had a washer & dryer. All the amenities that were needed were there! Thank you so much!! The only "issue" we had was that our key to the gym didn't work. But that really wasn't a problem - we just got the key from the guard at the gate whenever we wanted to work out.

Los Suenos is pretty safe and surrounded by nature, sea/forest that host a great diversity of wildlife (Parrots, Raccoon, Iguana, Tucan and so many others...). The accomodation offered great view with an overall confort that reach expectation for the price paid (and more) and with daily cleaning services (include the laundry as well). The complex offered a wide variety of excellent food with many restaurants available (Marriot hotel is within the complex and restaurants are open to the non hotel guests as well) and therefore we did not had to cook during our stay. Please, note however that well furnished kitchen was also available for those who like cooking. Last but not least, great pools at disposal! Special thanks to Michelle that I strongly recommend you to liaise with. Michelle is located at the golf cart rental shop within the complex near the harbor. She helped us with our activities for a far more reasonnable price than initially offered to us. I would recommend to wait until you arrive to manage your activities plan and not prior arrival. Beaches are not so nice with black sands considering that Costa Rica host volcanoes. Food and beverage/activities are overall pricy and you shall not expect to pay less than any expensive European countries. Overall Costa Rica IS an expensive country despite a rather low average income. Price in the superMarket or restaurants outside the complexe were lower but not significantly. There are a lots of American tourits with the custom to give tip for anything they do. Consider that this is NOT a custom practiced locally despite what you can be told, Restaurant include service fees of 10% in addition to VAT (13%) and that aims at covering the tips. It is however appreciated to provide tip to your guides tour for example which are usually very kind and helpfull despite the fact that they will not ask for it.

The location and the condo were amazing. We stayed in 8F, a first-floor apartment, to enjoy the backyard garden with a beach view. I traveled with my two daughters, my mom, and a niece, and they loved the place, having three pools available at walking distance, the beach club, and all the Marina restaurants, café, gelateria, etc. I was working and the internet was really good and stable. The staff was very professional and kind all the time, Nancy the agent that helped me throughout all my stay was always super nice and available for any special request. The apartment included a cleaning person, she was also amazing and very professional. We could even request the best time for her to do the cleaning and washing. I would strongly recommend staying there for work, staycation or vacation, as it has all you need. The gardens are spectacular! There seem to be something going on with some of the kitchen lights, maybe an electrical problem or false contact and some of the curtain systems need also a bit of maintenance.
