It was a good priced hotel from 1960 The property needs a big facelift from 1960

Location and staff everything was Ok

The location was pretty much the only good aspect of this totally overpriced hotel. Also the people at the front desk were nice and tried to alleviate the pain of staying in an old, uncomfortable structure for such a high price the room is old, with cracks on the walls, and mold in the bathroom. The kitchen very poorly designed and basically unusable. This hotel is barely a 2 stars, absolutely not a 4.

Everything was so nice. The staff so accommodating. Breakfast was phenomenal. Location is 15 mins from nicest beaches (clearest waters) but hotel has two pools and on the beach. We rented a car, visited restaurants close by and in Es Pujols. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Car and moped rental right next to resort. Go see Piero. Good rates. Would be nice to have ice machine access, but bars did accommodate our request.

Exceptional

Great hotel. Perfect location with beautiful beaches right on your doorstep. Very easy to get to es pujol, about 12-13 euro taxi, Sant Ferran also only a few minutes drive away. Would absolutely go back and stay there again. If you are not all inclusive the price of drinks in the bar were very expensive.

Pleasant

The room although very basic it was clean. The location is possibly the only reason you would stay there as it’s in the middle of the best beach on the island and has lovely beach cafes and restaurants with great access along the wooden walkway. The walls seem paper thin and you can hear most things happening in your neighbours room. 5am bin collection every outside our balcony had us requesting a room change which the hotel managed to offer but we ended up changing our check out date due to everything else. The breakfast was below par, pool and pool area made me feel icky. Black mould on the drainage and dirt on sunbeds, the kids had scratched their initials in the pool scum along the inside of the pool where they hold water gymnastics.

clean it does not worth the value, the hotel is ok but the rate should be half. Too expensive and they dont even give you mineral water

Pool only Uncomfortable beds, very bad food I get sick twice, there was no water in the room, they didn’t exchange for new towels, ugly beach.

The staff especially were so helpful and friendly. The food was so good, choices and quality. Enjoyed Beach Club lunch Can't think of anything!

Clean, near the beach, lovely stuff, big rooms with gorgeous design and sea view balconies, lots of variety for the breakfast and great service. I was very happy with the fact that the staff helped to arrange a special birthday request for my husband (balloons) free of charge. The in-build ventilation was too loud, we couldn’t switch it off and it was hard to fall asleep. Most of the things at breakfast was great, but their juices were disgusting, wasn’t even nearly natural, probably made from some sort of concentrated powder, which is unacceptable considering that that the island has its own production of oranges and it’s cheap enough to be able serve it in the 4-star hotel. The coffee tasted very cheap too.

The best pool ever!

The location is fantastic, good food, pools and so near best beaches. Some great restaurants within short walk along the boardwalk. The staff are really great. Call out for the staff in South Beach .. Nathalia and Allison. Miguel in the restaurant and Claudia who did our room. Thanks. Some of the sunbeds could do with being upgraded. Very tired and well worn.

Good location. Private beach and sunbeds. It’s very dated.. It’s definitely not a four star hotel!

Booked sea view beautiful sunset, lots of choice of Breakfast and evening meal.
