Good breakfast other than the wait for waffles , clean pool but they did let ppl scream until like 11;30 :( only thing I didn’t like bc I have a small child

Second time we’ve stayed at this hotel on route to our vacation home. Great rooms/bed/bathroom. Only one point of contention. The body was bottle in the shower was empty on both visits in different rooms. Not a biggy —- I used the shampoo. No hidden fees (see my coming review on the Staybridge Suites in Irvine, Ca). Excellent breakfast. We will stay here again.

Great spot with clean rooms, free breakfast and parking! Close to highway, but don’t hear any traffic noises! Kids loved all the space and sleeping options in the room.

I returned to SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pleasanton on August 13–14, 2026, for a second stay and once again found it a solid choice. Rates are reasonable (especially with a Capital One card that provided a small refund), parking is ample, and the location next to Costco gas and major highways is very convenient. Staff were consistently friendly and pleasant. Rooms are simple with new, adequately comfortable beds; bathrooms are spacious with good lighting and mirrors (a magnifying mirror would be a nice touch). One constructive suggestion: the strong chemical sprays used in the rooms can feel harsh and somewhat unhealthy, particularly since windows do not open and air purifiers are absent. Offering guests the option to decline these treatments PRIOR to arrival would feel more thoughtful, elevate the experience, and potentially save on supplies. Overall, a reliable and well-located stay.

Springhill Suites in Pleasanton was a sheer delight. The breakfasts were tasty and "hot" as well as varied a bit by each day. The room was well constructed and felt like an apartment room. We also liked that the location allowed us to walk each direction ouf of the driveway for exercise. The only constructive criticism we have is that it would be better if there was a signal on Johnson Drive at the hotel driveway so that one could turn left at the busiest times of the day.

Clean, quiet room. We have stayed here a few times, definitely recommend.

That took awhile. The breakfast is just ok. No waffles. No fruit. Sausage cold. Not up to standards of other hotels.

We were there for 3 nights for a little family getaway and it was a good hotel. We’d definitely stay again

Hotel was ok but will be my 2nd choice from now on Breakfast could have been better. Complimentary Coffee, Tea, Hot Cocoa would have been nice if it was set out to be accessible, all of the time. Pool is shared with the hotel next door, what a disaster, baseball team of teenagers and their siblings in the pool no room for any of the other guests.

We especially enjoyed the variety of the breakfast items and everything was delicious.

Really enjoyed our stay! We were on a week long to trip to multiple locations throughout the bay area and this was a central location and such a wonderful property. Room was spacious for our family of 5, loved the trundle option over the traditional sofa bed! The property was clean, the breakfast was quite good and the pool and jacuzzi area were nice. The seating areas in the lobby and outside were comfortable and nice. The gym was nice and well equipped. Even when a random power outage occurred, the stay was still great and the staff was helpful!! Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

The person who served me was very friendly, but there was a blond man who looked at us a little strangely since we had just come from camping and weren't dressed appropriately. But everything else was very good.
