It could be better if the breakfast items were slightly more. Maybe there are not many guests’ staying which forces the hotel to do the cost control.

I arrived at the hotel lobby at around 3:00 PM. The staff asked me to wait for approximately one hour before giving us the room keys and repeatedly told us that the room was still being cleaned. When I entered the room, I immediately noticed a strong, unusual smell. I stayed in the room for approximately ten minutes before leaving because I was uncomfortable with the smell. I then went back to the front desk and requested to change to another room. Unfortunately, one of the staff members was very rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly asked me to lower my voice even though I was speaking to her in a normal and respectful manner. She accompanied me to the room and said that she could not smell anything. She then refused to change my room and continued to respond to me with a negative and unprofessional attitude. I was disappointed with the way my concern was handled. As a hotel guest, I expected the staff to take my concern seriously and provide reasonable assistance, especially given that the room had an unusual smell shortly after it had supposedly been cleaned. I hope management will review this situation and address both the room condition and the customer service issue. I paid for the room and didn't stay. I have to book another hotel the same day. The hotel should send me the refund.

My stay was exceptional! Friendly staff, modern vibe, nicely furnished, and anazing continental breakfast! Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, plentiful and not over-crowded. Lots of tables and areas to sit and staff kept counters very clean and food replenished. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite being close to freeway, not noisy at all. Did not realize housekeeping was scheduled for every 2 days (first world problem, not a big issue). Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; came in tired, wanted a shower and sleep. Clean spacious room had the ambience for both. I was greeted and checked out by engaging friendly staff.

Nice comfortable and roomy rooms. Only issue we had was the breakfast. Not the best, but it feeds you.

The kitchenette and the studio vibe gave a great “home away from home” vibe. Comfy bed too!

Great updated rooms. Closer organizers were key. Free breakfast was helpful for our busy schedule. Front desk was mainly unmanned during the week but staffed for Friday. Friendly staff.
