Great find - beautiful building,...

Friendly, responsive hosts. Beautiful, unique decor. Comfortable bed. Bathroom that accommodated a very tall person (bath long enough and shower tall enough). Well supplied with necessities. Well located for seafront access by foot (10 minute walk), close to amenities. Very clean throughout, which we appreciated. No designated parking. We parked at garage 12 minute walk away - extra cost, less convenient. Loading/unloading bags relied on luck getting roadside space nearby. No air-con in hotel during hot weather meant the room got rather hot. At night we opened sash windows, used fan provided. Having a/c would have made the room perfect.

Such a pleasant surprise when I walked through the door. Tastefully decorated and a lovely feeling. The rooms were great and the bathroom and products were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It was an absolute find.

It was a beautiful, unique hotel . The owners were amazing , lovely couple , nothing was too much trouble , they made us feel very welcome .

Owners were really friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spotlessly clean and facilities excellent. Location is great for the Hoe, Barbican and Town Centre. Breakfast was the best I have had in Plymouth, really excellent ! Will definitely be returning ! coffee sachets would have been better than coffee bags. I like strong coffee and bags are not good. This is being really picky as everything down to lots of detailed things was excellent (great toileteries, fan in room, good wifi, living area and bar, really inviting, wine list in room etc.

The couple running the hotel were very warm and friendly. The hotel has a really nice style to it. Our room was more stylish than we expected.

The best thing about the property is the staff and vibe. Frustratingly booked this place on my last visit to Plymouth whilst attending my daughter’s graduation. The decor is lovely and they serve proper barista coffee and high quality product breakfast. My husband and I are quite picky and this place was just fabulous for us. Bed linen and pillows super comfy. You could tell the owners have not scrimped on setting up the property. Nit picking here, but like most UK properties, no air-con and the bed is a bit small as we are used to KS bed

Friendly, comfortable and an excellent location! Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. The owners are lovely and the breakfast has a great selection. We would definitely stay again.

I really loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were! Also the room was a lovely size, clean and so comfy! Can’t fault my stay one but super happy Nothing no complaints from from me or my partner we had a lush time
