They kindly secured my bike for the night Nothing I didn't like

Breakfast was fine. The location was quite noisy at times with speeding cars. Thought was a bit basic but ok.

Staff were very friendly , breakfast was very nice and plenty of it , some very noisy guests banging doors however that is not the fault of the owner

Staff were amazing and helpful, assistant with find great location to visit. We were two friends in the top floor of the building and the the room was very warm even when you open the window the air did not come inside as the window shows into the carpark where we were surrounded by other buildings. So, would be great to have an air con or fan.

Fabulous location right near The Hoe, very friendly staff and delicious cooked breakfast. We were on the 5th floor but then we booked very last minute and got the last room! Stairs are good exercise.

Very friendly reception on booking in. Nice quiet room. Lovely (too large!) cooked breakfast. Excellent location just off the Hoe and near restaurants and pubs. No bar area but it's a guest house.

Beautiful accommodation with spacious bedroom, comfy bed, ample power sockets, lovely en suite. Hearty breakfast, lovely helpful staff, location perfect.

The breakfast was very good with decent portions. There was also plenty of bits to help our selfs too such as fruit and yogurt. I was also impressed with the design of the place that greets you when you walk in. The bedroom wasn't especially spacias. The bathroom seemed very small which is fairly common in b and bs. It was also quite a faff to sort out payment for parking.

Clean , value for money , generous room size ,kind approachable staff My own fault - but didn’t check about lift access and we climbed 6 flights of stairs to our room. Please be aware the property does not have a lift.

Location was brilliant, was good value for money as I was stuck in Plymouth due to fires on the rail tracks, although I I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast, which was included, which could have been very good and is part of price. Interior looking a little weathered in the rooms,

Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is good , not too far to walk from both the barbican and city centre. Staff were friendly and accommodating.Beds were comfortable. Fresh towels and room cleaned each day. Although pretty clean there were a few things like the lid on the bottle of water in the room on the inside had slightly black marks on it. Most people probably wouldn't notice though. The breakfast was nice but I did find that the hash browns seemed over cooked each day and a bit dry and chewy. I would call it more of a three star plus , not quite a four star. Overall though we were satisfied.

Provided everything we needed.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful and our host was so kind and friendly. It was an easy walk to the ocean and the Barbican. If I ever get to Plymouth again I will stay here.
