SUCH A GOOD LOCATION!! Beautiful water and view, the balcony had the prettiest sunset we had ever seen and the staff was super kind and let us check in early!! Was a little hard to find and figure out how to check in there is a Resturaunt under the place and went to ask them how to check in and they didn’t know or anything.

This place is amazing. Just few steps from amazing beach. The owner it's helpful and you feel like home. You have bar and restaurant under you, supermarket and bakery on walking distance. Highly recommend specially if you have kids and don't want to walk far and take staff with you all the time. Just put everything down by the beach, park your car and enjoy your holiday. Also, free chairs and umbrella.. What more can you expect....

The location was great, just by the beach. The size of the room and bathroom was good. The only thing that could have been a little better was the Wifi.

View on beach, mattress, kind owner When we came no one was there and when we called the owner she didn't pick it but then I sent her messages and she came in 5 min. Also the restaurant isn't opened every single day whole day as it's written on their page. It depends on how many people are there.

Lovely stay at Rooms Marinac, right by the beach, beautiful balcony with seaview, kind and friendly staff, exceptionally smooth check in and great communication before the trip. Comfotable bed, good TV (with English channels too which was appreciated) Felt safe on a solo trip - would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area and I will be back for sure. Just a small comment, they have a restaurant downstairs right below the balcony, I didn't mind it too much but if you need full privacy maybe ask for a higher floor. I was on 1st floor (not ground) I believe they have 2nd as well) But it wasn't too noisy and it was quiet by 10pm or so.

When you arrive you are welcomed by the owner in the sweetest way! She accommodated us and made sure every little aspect made us feel at home. Always at our disposition. The view is incredible and the sound of the waves at night make you sleep deeply like a bay ? we had coffee at the bar in the morning ,and the owner prepared the sun beds right infront! The beach and water is so clean and amazing. Also what ever we needed in the room they provided and made us feel like at home. Totally recommend this place and the peace it provides. We look forward to come again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The balcony is just face to face with sea They have an small cafeteria that should more variety of food for breakfast at least

We liked being right on the beach! It was great to be so close to the water. We were also very close to a bus stop which took us into Split. We didn't like being so close to the road and being able to hear it- but the road runs alongside the beach in this whole stretch so that is normal for the area.

Lovely view, beachfront is not a lie, walk done the stairs straight to the beach. Amazing. Best value for money !

Expansive food in restaurants.

The room was very nice - bright, superb clean and cosy, has a kettle and small fridge. The bed is comfortable. AC works very well. The balcony has very nice seating overlooking the sea and the view is just great. Small beach is just right infront of the place, also nice morning walks along the coast. Internet works well. Welcoming feeling when entering the place. Room was quite small for 3 people (2+1) but since it has a balcony and you spend there just nights, it is fine. Please be aware of the possible dripping of the water from the hanging clothes from the hanger on the balcony. There are restaurant tables just below and the balcony does not have any drainage. Also at one point the host stopped to reply during our stay, not sure why. But the stay was overall good and I can recommend.
